Good service recovery following complaint.

I was impressed that Trademaster took the trouble to reach out to me following below review. I was able to resolve my grievance about the recent price changes brought on by logistics challenges.

Trademaster used to be quite good. Their CD non-structural plywood has a nicer, smoother face and prices were competitive, slightly higher than hardware stores on trade discounts. The quality is acceptable. I had the odd delamination and I had the bad luck of mould on a couple of sheets – it happens.
I know times are tough and there are disruptions to the supply chain. Times are tough for everyone. In November 2021 prices increased by almost 30% within one month from $38.50 to $49.50 per sheet which forced me to increase prices.
Trademaster introduced a logistics fee for picking up. Following feedback this fee has been taken off again.

It is good to see that Trademaster is listening to their customers.

One of the best companies to deal with. Highly recommended. Zeyad goes above and beyond to make sure all our orders are on time!

Going to De Rossi was a first class experience. I needed some help to fix a tool. I dealt with 2 staff members who both went out of their way to assist me. They resolved my problem which I could not have achieved myself. Next time I need a power tool or related item I will be heading back to De Rossi as the service I received was over and above and this is the customer experience and professional service I want. I will be recommending De Rossi to others.
