Another great Bunnings store with everything to offer. Popped in today as I needed some general household supplies and of course found everything I needed.
The store both inside and out (carpark) were very clean and tidy. All shelves were well stocked and had clear prices displayed for the appropriate products.
During my browsing I walked passed a male team member that made eye contact, asked how I was and was there anything he could help with. This makes for an excellent shopping experience with great service.
I used the self-serve checkouts. However, they did have full-service checkouts also open at 10am on a public holiday, which was great to see. All round a great shopping experience.
Staff were more than helpful. Whole process of ringing up and reserving stock, getting stock loaded at trade section,payment and driving out was without hassle. Like everything in life, if you treat people with respect they will reciprocate.
A big shout out to Emilia. If only more staff were as helpful! I had a “time-waster” inquiry that I needed help with and while most would have given up straight after the first sentence, Emilia pressed on and solved my problem like a champ. There is hope for retailer shoppers and you will certainly find it at Bunnings Bennetts Green! Keep up the great work – the retailer industry needs you!!! : )

Always friendly staff. I have been to other local suppliers and waited at the counter for up to 20min and had stsff walking past not careing. But not these guys seriously great customer service and competitive prices
