Dr Fatima Sameera was the one to administer the covid vaccines to me, and to say she was lovely in an understatement. I would recommend her to anyone in the area, as she puts patients at ease, as she did with me.

I have now been coming here for almost 9 years after seeking a second opinion, and them subsequently solving a problem I had been suffering for months. (Infection causing dizziness and delirium that my previous life long GP kept saying was in my head)
I have now had occasion to deal with almost every Practitioner at the centre. The level of care here is far greater than your typical medical centre, it very much feels like a family practice.

Physiotherapist Kat was very experienced and attentive. I enjoyed her dry needling/acupuncture and expertise with rehabbing my back. Highly recommend her to anyone who has pain or want to move better!

Dishonest and scammy. I had a telehealth appointment to get a certificate of clearance post-recovery of Covid-19. The doctor issued a certificate but the wording was not what is required by authorities so it was inadequate, did not include the travel dates… even though my appointment was specifically to get a clearance to travel, so the doctor should have known this.
I asked if I could email a request for reissuance of the certificate… THE PRACTICE HAS NO CONTACTABLE EMAIL ADDRESS!!! How can you run any business, let alone a medical practice where you cannot provide an email address for contact. Their only option they provided me was to book another appointment and get a new certificate issued by a new doctor.
If you provide a service to a customer and your service is faulty or inadequate, the onus is on you to correct the situation and not on the customer or on the healthcare system to pay you twice.

We were bulk billed “00036 – CONSULTATION AT CONSULTING ROOMS – LEVEL ‘C'” for a consultation which took maximum 10 minutes for my child, when usually my regular GPs charge LEVEL B consultation for a thorough consultation. The GP we consulted did not enter any of our comments into the records, rather simply took notes on some notepad and advised to return in 3 months. Very unorganised facility and will never return.

I met the RUDENESS GP Dr Cheryl Quinton ever in my whole life. Its easier for her to object me as a patient in stead of complaining my condition repetitively through the whole appointment. I m pregnant with the first child at age of 35. Cheryl happened to be the first GP I saw after we found out last week, also happened to be a busy day as she said and a new patient she doesn’t know. Rather than saying congratulation, she said to me before I left the room “don’t u ever do this to any other doctors ever !” How great this could make me feel, thanks Cheryl, I feel blessed and I will never forget your name.

I found this clinic to be quite exceptional and Dr Harpereet Singh is very patient in taking the time to thoroughly diagnose my symptoms. He is obviously very knowledgeable and seems particularly interested in the issues of the more mature. So he impresses me in being one of the best doctors I have met for my needs. The staff too are very attentive and courteous.

Called for some help in regards to covid vaccinations and was spoken to incredibly rudely by the receptionist and offered no help to only be hung up on when I alerted the receptionist that I didn’t appreciate her attitude towards me when only asking for help.
Incredibly unprofessional in my opinion.

PCCS has been an exemplar in support coordination for NDIS. They are outstanding in their ability to follow the labyrinthine rules and regulations that the NDIS puts in place, and still managing to provide excellent care.

Great team of dedicated professionals who really care and are doing great work in the community. They partner with government, insurance and other bodies to pioneer innovative programs and research on the frontier of mental health and wellbeing. This is a very qualified team that are still very hands-on and their high-level knowledge of the field and sector flows through to high-quality care of individuals in the community. I can’t recommend them highly enough. Thank you!
