I have used Synapse for medical billing and transcription services. I must say they are the best in this field. The app interface is very user friendly and I never had any problems. It greatly helped in improving my efficiency as I didn’t need to chase any billing issues and transcriptions turnaround time was less than 24 hours. I am happy with their service and would strongly recommend them.

If I could leave less stars I would! I went here to get a procedure under the impression I would be bulk billed. Nowhere did it state the particular doctor I saw doesn’t bulk bill. Didn’t say when I booked online, reception didn’t mention I wouldn’t be bulk billed nor the doctor herself! Strange considering every time I have visited the clinic I have been bulk billed! Receptionist called me the same day to inform me the doctor I saw is a private doctor and does not bulk bill and I have to pay $185! I told her the situation and she told me excuses like, “yes we need to update our website and the lady at reception should’ve told you”. I told her the lady at reception didn’t tell me and to update their website and then start charging people!” She hung up and called me back and told me the doctor would bulk bill the consultation leaving the remaining balance of the bill at $100. I told her I wasn’t happy to pay that because no one made me aware I was seeing a private doctor who doesn’t bulk bill. She told me she would call me back but never did. Today I received a bill in the mail for $185. So I called the practice and explained my situation again with another rude receptionist who wasn’t helpful at all! I asked to speak to the manager and she refused to tell me when I would be able to speak with them or who they where or anything I had to tell her that she had to help me and find out when I could speak to the manager! After I had to tell her that she needed to tell me when I could speak with the manager or someone that would be more helpful and help me to sort out the problem she told me next Monday! Today is Monday! I would be more than happy to pay my bill if I was aware I was seeing a private doctor but this was never brought to my attention and they have been so unhelpful and rude when I call to sort it out! If I was made aware I wasn’t seeking a bulk billing doctor I still probably would’ve seen her and been happy to pay but nowhere did it say or no person at the clinic made me aware of this!!!

Wow the receptionist is not a morning person. The blonde receptionist was absolutely rude & disrespectful to me!!! Disgusting behaviour. Same with the person upstairs so does pathology. She was just plain rude… I absolutely love the doctors! They’re amazing & so good to me!!! They have so much respect & polite towards me. I like the islander receptionist, she was so lovely & kind. The other two really need to learn manners…

I love them. Exceptional medical care with warmth and care. I can’t fault them in any way. The interior might not be the flashiest but everything else is 10 out of 10 and in a very personal caring way.

Great medical care provided by all staff from reception, clinic nurse and doctors. Dr Peter Vo is an exceptional GP who takes interest in all aspects of your well-being to ensure you receive the best results. He is known to run a little late with appointments but that’s because he takes time to get to know you.

They PCR test for residents only if you have a medi card. The guy by the entrance told me international travelers are not accepted. And only if I have a medi card ?!?!

They charge for baby vaccination and routine check up. Plus I was compelled to call Karitane afterwards who were able to give me advice that the doctor was unable to provide.

Myhealth Bondi junction always has lovely doctors and the receptionist were always friendly.
There is a Chinese doctor name Benjamin made me to rate their service as the 1, if there is -1, I would do it! He is extremely rude and disrespectful and know nothing about what he is doing. It is ok if you are in-experienced, but at least do respect the patient. This Chinese doctor name Benjamin at Myhealth Bondi junction you seriously don’t even know how to exam your patients and provide proper advise on it, most importantly you are rude to your patients, to what on the earth you should be a medical practitioner!!!!

Best medical center I’ve experienced in Australia. The team is always keen to help, always good vibes and energies when arriving. Every doctor I’ve booked always made me feel like they actually care about my health and willing to go the extra mile for my peace of mind.

I called today to equire about getting the Pfizer booster shot. My call was answered almost immediately by a well mannered receptionist. She advised me if I wanted the booster to come as soon as possible as they were giving them today. From the time I made the call, caught the bus and got my booster shot it was only an hour in total. I couldn’t be more happier at the service that I got from everyone.I was very impressed.

Like any clinic I suppose – there are some truely excellent doctors. While there are others for who it’s painfully obvious the job is just a means to a pay check – they don’t really care for helping

Very inconsistent, the good doctors are unfortunately far between hence the rating and overall experience as a patient.

Also allot of really obviously fake 5 star reviews from accounts with literally one or two other reviews

The reception staff here are absolutely incredible. Always so polite and welcoming and so helpful! Today I saw doctor Salehi who was absolutely lovely. (As are all the doctors I’ve seen previously here)

I found Dr Zhao to be efficient and thorough in her approach. She gave clear explanations for the tests and treatments she was recommending and was straight to the point about why I needed to make certain changes in my life. Just the wake up call I needed, thanks! Friendly reception team also. And having pathology onsite was a bonus.

I highly recommend Dr Oliver Smith. He is compassionate, intelligent, and relaxed. I hadn’t wanted to see a male doctor but he was the only person available. I’m glad it worked out that way! I value his approach to medicine: thorough and measured. He helped me understand my options but didn’t over-service (suggest more interventions than were necessary). Reception staff are also friendly and helpful. So glad to have this practice nearby!

I have been a patient of Doctor Mark Vic for over 7 years. Although I no longer live in the area he is still my GP (I travel to visit him). He’s tremendously caring, professional and empathetic. In short a fantastic GP and highly recommend!

Excellent Family GP practice. Dr Segel is extremely thorough with all patients and caring with both young children and elderly people. The Dr is also very pleasant to deal with and extremely knowledgeable and up to date with the latest medical developments. He has is well known in the community and has a network of good specialists and other medical and health resources. The reception staff is also always very pleasant and personable. We have been patients for many years even though we have relocated from Bondi.

Wow. Dr Opacic sets the standard in medical care. Professional, knowledgeable, thorough and caring – I’ve been in Australia since 2001 and the doctors I’ve dealt with are nowhere near as good as Maria. I’ve finally found a GP that I can trust and respect. Thank you!
