Reception staff very helpful. I had my two astrazeneca vaccinations there. Whilst waiting just watching and listening to the staff treating people with respect and care. I didn’t feel out of place at all and such a relaxed environment too.

Great to see this medical practice open late. Will be a regular here as it is close to home and the Dr knew my diagnosis right away.

Amazing experience every time at this clinic! Dr Ejje is absolutely fantastic and so understanding and thorough with his child patients. Also a special recommendation for the amazing team of nurses at this clinic. Cannot praise them all enough!

I love attending my appointments at this centre as they have all the facilities available & are very professional.. Dr Anita Darmo is the best Dr I’ve ever had to see as she’s so nice & thorough & treats her patients with such care & professionalism 👍🏼 great Center great service overall.

Receptionists – and it doesn’t matter which one – are unbelievable! There are no customer service skills and obviously customers or patients are a pure annoyance to their work. One star is already generous. This mask demand is ridiculous and unfounded as it is no longer compulsory

WORST PRACTICE EVER , time management is poor , you book a appointment and still have to wait hours until you see the doctor , the staff are not friendly at , they are quit racist and very disrespectful. No manners whatsoever , would not recommend.

I just moved to the area and this was a medical centre close to me walked in for my son who is an asthmatic and was told they don’t take in new patients. Explained that we just moved to the area and the reception didn’t care and said it was policy. If I can rate it zero stars I would absolutely disgusted..

Denied service to a 4month old baby because the mother was unvaccinated. What an absolute disgrace, no ethics. Do not recommend.

Just like others who have left a review about this medical centre – if I could give a ‘0’, I most certainly 100% would!!

There’s a Doctor, Dr Ong, whom I spoke to, was rude and kept speaking over me. He couldn’t and wouldn’t answer any questions that I need clarification about (relating to myself) and referred me to speak to someone at reception.

Then, the receptionist that I spoke to, Angie, was no different. She too was very very rude!!! She expected me to be a mind reader and couldn’t give me clear answers eg: “Call in the morning and speak to the doctor, and he will be able to help”…. then when asked what time would be best to call, she sounded like she just did not want to help or assist in general.

This medical practise is not or should not have people like this employed there at all!!! They are rude, inconsiderate and putrid!!! Management really needs to review their employee’s… especially when the reviews on here and repetitive.

Absolutely disappointed waiting on the phone for the last 30mins and still waiting only to make a simple phone consult appointment for my mum! This medical centre has the best doctors but it’s impossible to get an appointment. This practice is getting worse by the day! The app won’t even allow you to make appointments for Dr Perez!

Very happy with the doctors here. They genuinely care about their patients. Sometime you may have to wait if they’re busy, but that’s the same at every doctor nowadays. At least the care they give is fantastic.
