I have work with beautiful New homes for many years now and have found the team to be very professional. Always ready to assist clients and consultants where possible.
Michael and his team are especially helpful in when it comes to custom homes, proactive approach to problem solving and always trying to find that solution that will meet client needs but not hinder the approval process.

I just entered the property market and had the good fortune to have been put in contact with Jacob from Beautiful New Home by a friend who had previously built through him and the journey was professional and positive the whole way through. Jacob helped us understand the value of our land and what was possible through going through all the build options within our budget. I am writing this review to give great complements to Allura Homes and the entire Allura team. We have had Allura homes design and build our beautiful new home. We will say it’s a very daunting decision to knock down and rebuild, but we met with Andrew and he was great, very upfront about the costs of building our new home, and explained the process and put a very well documented budget together for us. This design and build budget really helped to explain where costs are for the whole project, not just the house. Daniel was our design architect and he and Andrew were great, updating the design and they also came up with some designs that we just loved. The Tender process was great and Andrew and his estimating team really documented all pricing and costs with the new build. We were lucky enough to go CDC which made a site start even faster. The selections with Ziggi and Jessica were great they are very skilled interior designers, so helpful we could save money in some areas so we could spend in other areas of the home. Finally our build came together really well, sure you have a few delays with rain, but our site manager Ian updated us every week with what was happening and delivered us a beautiful home. As a wrap to Allura Homes, if anyone is thinking about building in Sydney and doing a knock down rebuild, then we can highly recommend Allura Homes.

We are so thankful and happy with our custom dream home that was built by Allura Homes. The quality of the workmanship and the attention to detail can not be faulted. The end product far exceeded our expectations!!!! However, the journey was not easy. There were some very stressful moments and some tears during our build process, BUT we don’t think this is any different from any other build. We experienced some delays and some unexpected build costs, but Allura was very transparent about them. We feel that Allura tried their best to minimise disruption and costs…. we never felt ripped off. Thankfully, we had some like Andrew who was on top of our build from day dot. He was in the background, but was always there when we needed to escalate major matters. We had an amazing interior design team (Ziggy and Jessica) who helped our vision come to life. Whilst it was frustrating that we had several site supervisors during our build, we feel that we were lucky to end up with Dean. He finished off our beautiful home and continues to be heavily involved. He treats our home as if he were building his own home and that care and attention to detail is priceless. The Allura team was phenomenal from draftsman/architect through to the cost estimators through to design team and builders. We are very very HAPPY that we chose Allura and would recommend them in a heartbeat.
