Great local building company, Simon and Anthony did our first stage of renovation of our new home
Very happy with the quality of all finishes, always open for changes to meet our expectations
Simon always gave us work and budget updates weekly so we could keep track of everything at all time and Anthony is very passionate and perfectionist in all fields
They also have great people looking after plumbing and electrical, so that covers it all

We are looking forward to our second stage of reno!

Ezy reno built our large extension to lock up. Comprising of double garage, 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom and kitchen. We have had several other trades comment on how great and solid the structure is. Simon not only project managed the build, he was very accommodating with the additional trades I had arranged. He also provided advise and suggestion to improve the build. He was very open about the cost and amazingly came in considerable under budget. Thanks for everything

Simon built us a bathroom/laundry extension at Balgowlah in an awkward area. We were extremely pleased with the result. The estimate for the job was very reasonable (we agreed to cost+), and the final cost was close to the estimate. We were struck by Simon’s insistence on quality, by his problem-solving skills, and by his team of tradesmen.We were so happy with Ezy Reno that we recommended them to our daughter for a big extension.

We have recently sold our property and having the Granny Flat has been extremely helpful for the sale. The granny flat meant the property appealed to a much wider and diverse range of buyers including investors, first home buyers or family units with older parents or teenage kids. Its been 7 years since we built the granny flat and its still in excellent condition – it has more than paid for itself.

From start to finish, the service we received was first class, very thorough and competent staff across the board. The key to the success of the Project was the communication, always informative and respectful, they wanted to listen and understand the issues and challenges. Together we worked as a Team, the result was a dwelling that we were extremely happy with, the finishes were exceptional and we received a quality product at a very fair and reasonable price.

Great overall experience! The team at Bungalow Homes took the time to understand our needs, building us a truely amazing Bungalow!
From start with the design phase, approvals and selections to the finished build the process was seamless.
Our Site Supervisor, John, kept us informed every step of the way throughout the construction phase, often going above and beyond our expectations.

We purchased a very run down beach house and engaged Ferrari Constructions to do a total renovation. We could not be happier with the quality of their work. During the renovation many challenges arose from lack of solid foundations of the old house to major water problems. They managed all of the challenges without any problems. They also worked in partnership on all the details of the renovation. We now have a 4 bedroom house with wonderful patio and balcony which is just perfect. The Ferrari team were all delightful. If you need a construction big or small you could not do better than choose Ferrari Constructions. Thank you David and the team for your fabulous work during a difficult 2020.

If you are looking for builders the only ones I will ever deal with are the boys at Beachill Construction Solutions.
Luke and Toby have been building their whole life and it certainly shows in their workmanship.
