Anthony and his team transformed our house from old/outdated in desperate need of TLC to a magnificent, comfortable, practical forever home for our family. John R Dean Constructions is highly recommended by myself and my husband. We have worked with Anthony and his team on our house renovations and extension. Anthony is the ultimate professional – he is so easy to collaborate with, and made the whole process as stress free as possible with his practicality, flexibility, knowledge, experience, and his calm friendly nature. His team are also fantastic – all professional, friendly and courteous. The build quality and attention to detail is of the highest standard. They actually made renovating an enjoyable process! Would definitely work with John R Dean Constructions again, and recommend to anyone.

Working with 5 Star Builders was a wonderful experience. They were honest and professional.

Both Anthony and Sarkis kept in constant communication with us, kept to a tight timeline, and paid great attention to all the small details.

Our new granny flat is even better than we could have imagined.

Happy with the final product although communication during the build could of been much better. Practically all of the time I had to chase up the project manger for status updates and only in the last week of the build found out there was a different person looking after the job. Even accounting for Covid restrictions the project ran 1 month over schedule.

Thank you for excellent professionalism and workmanship. The team at Builders sydney are true gentlemen and know the trade in and out. We highly recommend them for any new home build, design and construction projects. The quotes are far lower than some of the ‘show off’ builders in sydney. You will get a chance to directly talk to the builder and discuss all options and inclusions. Thanks Builders Sydney team!

Buildmark developments made my luxury dream home a reality. Mark and his team were always punctual, professional and have an eye for quality (no bumps/ random angles/dips in my walls!) They were always accommodating to my multiple questions, taking the time and care to explain building processes and always willing to input ideas to make my dream home even better. Honest builder/developer that will not compromise quality for an extra buck in their pocket.

Overall wouldn’t hesitate recommending Buildmark developments. I’m so glad I chose them and will definitely use them for all future projects!!!

Cape Cod put a second level on our home. They were fantastic from start to finish! They worked really hard and the end result is fabulous. I couldn’t be happier. Everyone was great to deal with. We had trades on-site everyday. The Site Manager was amazing and made sure everything ran smoothly. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

I made an inquiry despite us being well past the warranty period. They followed up promptly and sent a member of their maintenance team who was very helpful. Their after-sales service is amazing. Definitely recommend using Cape Cod – so professional!
