We engaged Family Homes last year to help build a ground floor extension as well as a carport.

We truly enjoyed our renovation experience with Family Homes. Being first time renovators, we relied heavily on Family Homes to take us through the design, DA approval and building process. Throughout this process where unexpected issues arose – be it around dealing with council or the build, Roman and the team were willing and able to think out of the box to attend and rectify those issues, so the project can continue to move ahead. We were also impressed with their diligence around paperwork and in providing regular, comprehensive status updates. They also accommodated our staged approach to the build which was very helpful when budgets were uncertain. Family Homes is truly a one stop shop, providing a seamless experience from design to the final product.

We’ve been in this house for more than a year now and couldn’t be happier with the quality of the build. Special shout out to Roman, Kevin, Marie, Paul, Shane and Walter for a terrific experience. We won’t hesitate to use them again!

Excellent job from Family Home Designers & Builders.

I had an exposed balcony on my third floor which needed a complete new roof in order to use it properly.

During my very first meeting with Roman, he advised me about the design, council procedures, cost and time needed to finish the new roof. And Paul, who was assigned to be my supervisor; he has kept me well informed about their daily schedules until the job was completely finished. Both Roman and Paul were very caring about my concerns through out the entire construction period. The job was finished nicely and timely as we have expected.

Professional teams and managements, I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking to renovate their properties.

Found this company through tender against 2 other competing companies for a renovation, knockdown and rear rebuild. Had the best price out of the others and were the quickest to get going.

Since then, have used Vanda Constructions for 2 more renovation jobs, one major and one minor and their work has been exemplary.

Strongly recommend using these guys if you can get a hand on them. Adam and Vinko are friendly and professional

My practice Hobbs Jamieson Architecture has worked with Vinko & Adam from Vanda for several years now on a number of high end residential new builds and large renovations.

We always enjoy working with Vanda. They are very good with our clients, always communicative and always willing to resolve issues quickly and without fuss also. The quality of work is always good and the follow up post construction is second to none.

I should’ve put this review on earlier. Having had experience with many builders and trades I can happily recommend Dom as one of the best of them. In and industry fraught with issues, Dom’s integrity, know-how, attention to detail is a breath of fresh air. Dom has completed work for me and my friends on both my recommendation and also after seeing his excellent work first hand. As a bonus to being skilled he’s also great around people which is so important when living through a house renovation. Now when any trade work is required the kids often ask “are u getting Dom?” Highly recommend. Will use again.

Integriti projects (Andrew, Aaron, Luke, Andy, Henry) did a very unprofessional bathroom renovation for me. They also charged top dollar for the work.

As someone described it to me, I paid for a Mercedes and got a Corolla without wheels.

The toilet did not fit. The rain shower was at the wrong height (too low), tiles were misaligned and chipped and a drainage hole was in the wrong place. There were so many other defects including the bath waste not being installed correctly, a hole in the cabinet stone bench top in the wrong place, the pipes under the basin in the wrong place…in short the work was very poor. Or as the independent report by the building consultant stated:

“I have formed my Opinion that there are numerous and serious defects in the property arising from poor workmanship by Integriti Projects.”

Integriti denied many of the serious defects in this report and then aggressively fought me through NCAT (the tribunal) for over a year. On the morning of the hearing they agreed to settle. They repaid me $25,000 and canceled almost $15,000 which they had claimed for the cost of cabinets and other work which I had not yet paid for.

I strongly urge you to consider carefully whether you wish to risk engaging Integriti to work on your home.

We loved working with Aaron, Andrew and their amazing team. The project was fairly big as we almost refresh the whole house with new roofs and extensions. I would highly recommend Integriti Projects if you want to renovate an old house as they have a team of skilled and professional people who will assist you professional from A to Z. A big shout to Brayden who used to work on my site as a carpenter and now promoted to be the Quotation Administrator in the office. He offered excellent customer service and has impeccable standards of quality that my whole family are amazed at. Thank you Integriti for getting our Dream House came true.

We are a fashion design house based in Alexandria Sydney and needed our design studio to be fitted out. We awarded the MLM team the job because their quote was the most competitive and their timeline for the project plan was professional.

The fit out was done on time, in budget and they even helped with additional requests like lighting installation of security cameras at no additional charge.

The team was great and i highly recommend them. Definitely will use this team again for our next studio fitout in August 2020
