We called last minute for a room the same day and Geoff really went out of his way to make it happen. He was very accommodating to us especially considering we had our 2 dogs with us. It is an older place but very clean and a great price for somewhere to stay. The pool area is great, somewhere nice to relax after a long day. The back of the motel has a big grass area perfect for the dogs to run around freely. We loved how our room could be accessed from the front or the back, made it super easy having the dogs as we could drive right up to our back door! We would definitely stay here again. Conveniently located Would not recommend this place at all!
Absolutely disgusted in the quality of the rooms!
Mouldy showers and shower curtains, filthy walls, ripped furniture, hair all over the beds as well as stains, build up of dirt and dust on fans that looked like they had never been cleaned, dirty carpet, booked the room for 5 and they claimed the lounge was a pull out lounge yet only gave us 4 pillows all up and 4 towels! The cups and utensils where dirty the kettle didn’t work rubbish left behind furniture… the list goes on! Definitely don’t recommend at all the price is not worth the filthy quality. Booked the family room for 1 night and ended up not staying, very disgusting bathroom and utensils.

Generally OK for subs. Wraps were a bit iffy – have no idea how they turned the biggest wrap I’ve ever seen, into the smallest “made” wrap – ended up having to buy 2, where we originally wanted to split a single wrap in half for our kids. Fast service, large store, friendly staff.

Nice bloke behind the sandwich Bar. Very efficient and single handedly served all the patrons. Had a nice spl going on as well. Had all the variety of breads, which usually isn’t the case in most subway.

Swansea has the most rudest staff honestly if you don’t want to be there leave your job instead of treating your customers like they are a burden when they order. I never felt so uncomfortable before ordering food in my life like I did today!!!!
Second stay and will be back
Also close to Swansea shops.
Management friendly.

What a little hidden Gem! So relaxing and quiet!
The Park is spotlessly maintained, great resort style pool and large grassy sites. Also have Camp kitchens, that were also spotless. We went to Grannies Pool to swim , was fantastic also. Already booked to come back in October, might also be sooner than that. Very friendly Staff, nothing was a problem. Fantastic that dogs are welcome too!
Great Pub (Orana) nearby that also has a courtesy bus, and Blacksmiths Takeaway was also scrumptious, home made fish and chips, second to none! Thank you Blacksmiths Beach Holiday Park. We are so excited to have found your wonderful park..

Stayed 2 nights powered site. Close to amenities and beach was a walk away. Place was clean and tidy. Customer service was good. I would definitely stay again
I was mistaken for a thief whilst walking my bike through the entry gate, was yelled at to stop the third time I stopped and turned asking if it was me the reception lady was yelling at .Indeed it was she yelled YES come here now, I was asked was I staying and what my site number was.I took off my helmet and sunglasses with people around staring at my confrontation yes I am.Oh she said I thought you were a kid, I replied I am a 52 year old woman,oh don’t be offended she said like I said I thought you were a kid .So apparently it’s OK to speak to kids in the same tone but then it got better telling me when they see a kid with a backpack on this is a sure sign they are going into thieve. I explained once again that I am not a kid I am a 52yrs old. I popped my head in the next day so they could take note of what I was wearing ,oh no don’t worry it was a compliment because you look so young.I am not young nor do I look young and was not impressed with there amusement, my husband thought it may be because I am aboriginal.I had ridden in and out the two previous days without a problem, they are not consistent and apparently the manager told me that they often yell out speak to to young people in this tone.Keep the gate shut and let people use the pin number isn’t that’s what it is for to keep thieves our.We have travelled all around the state and interstate in our motor home and I have never been treated in this manner before, take your $1 coins if you want to use the washing machine as the office cannot change notes or coins for you.I will never stay at this park again.”}]}

We have had the pleasure of having Robyn as our mortgage broker for many years now. She is knowledgeable, professional, quick to respond and above all she always has your families best interest at heart. We are always grateful for Robyn’s assistance! Thank you Robyn and the team at Channel Direct.
Your sales person DiD not even want to approach your seller with my offer on a property that you had at marks point.
I am a national sales manager for a large company and I can assure you if one of my team did that they would be questioned why.
So therefore I would not recommend your real estate to any of my contacts

I’m relocating from Melbourne to Swansea and I have been dealing with Nikeya. What a absolute blessing to come across this young lady. Quite possiblity the most professional and honest property agent I have ever dealt with. I honestly could give 100 stars for her attitude, service and genuine care.
For me personally, she single handedly managed to turn a stressful process into a postive and exciting one with her attention and customer service provided to me. I could not recommend her more – what a true industry professional!
Thank you to Nikeya and the team at First National Swansea.

Responsive to phone calls, very helpful, lovely people, really care for the dogs too. They did a great job on the grooming also.
I came in with what I thought was a baby ringtail possum which I had been hand feeding every 2 hours for 6 days as his eyes had only just opened. The nurse took one look and said it was “just a wild mouse”. He was having breathing difficulties and I asked if there was anything they could do. Instead of assistance, I was fobbed off and made to feel like I was wasting her time. She opened the front door for me to leave and let another known client in. The mouse which I wanted to keep died 12 hours later. Antibiotics would of saved his life or at least given him a chance. I’ll be sticking to Belmont Veterinary Hospital like I should have in the first place.

My animals have visited this veterinarian clinic in the past and received good care, however I do find their prices higher then other vets. The reason for the 2 star rating is because every time I call the clinic it’s always unattended, extremely hard to get a hold of.
