The best way to describe our experience with our extension and renovations is “pleasantly surprised.” To match the new works, we added a full second storey and restored the existing ground floor. I was unsure how this will work out, but the end result is flawless. Throughout the construction process, our house extension builder was extremely patient and supportive, offering several suggestions. We have used our own interior designer, but I wouldn’t do so again because their designers were so supportive and on top of everything for all of our choices.

We had some issues with City of Sydney Council over the conservation zone, which they were able to settle without too much fuss.
Once the construction began, we were astounded by how quickly it moved along, even though we changed some of the specifics along the way. Despite the fact that we “lived in” during the building, nothing seemed to be too much of a hassle.

Although the council process was incredibly stressful at first, once we got started, we realised that so much time was spent preparing before construction in order for us to live in during the construction process.

We are thankful to home extension builders on site, for their diligence in putting this together. Even though some of these were a result of us modifying what we had initially decided on, dealing with all of the decisions that were required when underway was very simple and easy to understand. (Since then, they’ve designed a show home in Bayside Council, Blacktown City Council, Cumberland City Council, Inner West Sydney Council, North Sydney Council which would’ve made the early stages of our decision-making a whole lot easier.)

Their workmanship is of first-rate quality, and it far surpassed our standards.

Although there were a few things that needed to be addressed, they were all taken care of without difficulty.

The entire process was smooth and simple from beginning to end. They are a very professional organisation, and the whole renovation process was not at all difficult, and the whole team, from the office staff to the builders and tradesmen, was extremely pleasant to work with. We would certainly work with them again if the opportunity arose.

Very professional building company willing to work on both large and small jobs. They have worked on several very unusual jobs for me including fitting out a patio space, and renovating my home office connected to my house. Builders Sydney Experts have superior service. Complete support and understanding from all people involved. I’ve had other builders in Sydney but these guys are very experienced and helpful. Highly recommend!!

Brilliant job!Not only did the price quote beat the other builders, they visited the team everyday, helped with selections and made sure the team were finished on time and within budget. Builders Sydney Experts gave me a good plan for financing and worked with our budget. They always made sure you are happy with the work that is completed. All in all the experience was smooth and I am glad with the results !!!
Will refer them to our clients and professional colleagues!! and use them for all of our future home remodeling needs.

Excellent Builders, affordable, competitive and on time. Ark Builders helped with our subdivisions, local Council approvals including design and drafting. They also built our dream duplex home situated in Sydney Inner West and done a great job…

Personally, I wouldn’t trust a builder (or indeed any business) whose sole address is that of his accountant’s office, whose web site is a “cookie cutter” offering from an Indian web designer, and who uses spam to promote his business.

When you’re dealing with builders, you want someone whom you can track down a month, year or decade later in case you need warranty repairs done – and with All-Builders only offering a mobile ‘phone number and no other contact details, it smacks too much of a “fly-by-night” operation to be credible.

Been working professionally with ALL BUILDERS for several years now. He has transformed existing homes I have purchased from rubbish to the gem of the neighborhood. He has also built a new home for me that is rock solid construction and unique to the market. All of his work for me has resulted in a product that would be hard to beat. Personally he has integrity, knowledge, trust, compassion, a great work ethic, and is very customer/client satisfaction focused.

Before I embarked on my journey with the SBC Group it required intrepid action on my part to go searching for a builder. I had already employed several individual ‘tradesmen’ who demonstrated that trying to ‘fix’ things this way was not working, both financially and in terms of the results I got. I needed a coordinated, project management approach from a skilled and experienced builder who could demonstrate a strong willingness to work with me and not try to impose solutions that did not address the extensive issues I was facing with my property.

The project took almost seven months and all I can say is ‘thank god’ I found Dany and his team. Everyone who worked on my property had a strong commitment to company culture of integrity and respect for the client. They ensured best outcomes and consultation during the whole process which was seamless and reasonably stress free.

I would not hesitate to use the SBC Group again.

Dany and his team of tradesmen, engineers, certifiers did an amazing stress free project – on time and on budget. We would not hesitate in using Sydney Building & Construction Group again. It is very pleasing and refreshing to see that Dany and his team are focused on customer satisfaction rather than variations and short-term profit. This creates a lot of trust and confidence in the work they conducted. We have completed a number of renovations before and used plenty of tradesmen and SBCG made the process so much easier without compromising quality.

Been waiting 1 year for rectification work on a brand new property. Their Melb office does not return calls, their Syd office the phone numbers and email bounce. The service is poor, there contact details out dated. I was quoted they are working under C-19 , so are we all, yet setting better stds and adapting to the current environment is crucial to retain customers.

Terrible builders. Our defect list was huge and is still not completed after living in our place for 3 months. We had to argue with the builder during inspection about the poor paint work, the paint had shadowing underneath where you could see where the plaster work was done. Still chasing them up to get the creaking floorboards in the bedroom fixed, was told I need to wait a few weeks for a reply…

Carlos and his team were nothing but professional. Their commitment on gaining the required certification from Council in relation to our outdoor seating area was very much appreciated.

Carlos, Jessica, Vibha and Vanessa worked great as a team and made things so much easier for me as the customer.

I really appreciate all the help and would recommend them to anyone that is facing certification issues.
