Really enjoy staying here. Adjacent lake is beautiful and peaceful, and there are nice walking tracks. Close (enough) to Coles and eateries.
Exceptionally clean and tidy venue. Organised to a superlative level. Have been coming here for years and will probably continue to do so. ~One well-behaved dog per booking allowed.

Avoid dealing with this office at all costs – from a sales point of view, our experience was that they won’t act in the interests of the vendor, lacked honesty, transparency and professionalism. Told by a licensee unapologetically to ‘just shut up’ and a lot of effort went to covering up a dishonest transaction. It is unsurprising that only 2 individuals have left reviews on this licensee’s Rate My Agent profile even though he has had 26 years of experience as a ‘highly experienced and skilled…enthusiastic and professional’ salesman. Buyers: beware! Vendors: take your business elsewhere.

Terrible customer service. Two numbers provided to phone prior to attending house. Called at 7am no message left. Did not attempt other number. Did not attempt to call again. Did not show up. They have missed out on $300 and a customer who would have used their services in future. Also could not organise a visit for another week!? Absolutely ridiculous!

No appointment required, open after 5pm so I was able to pop in on a weekday after work, in and out very quick. The staff were warm, friendly but very professional and the place was very clean and obviously very well maintained/looked after/sterile. I am not the happiest man in the world when I am being Jabbed with needles but I must say, I was quite surprised when the the whole thing was not only (nearly) pain free but red rover before I had a chance to get worked up/worried/stressed. Great experience overall, I would recommend taking your kids here particui if you have ankle biters who hate needles.
