Seriously the best authentic Indian food I have ever had in my life. Their roti was so fresh and soft and it matched so well with their butter chicken. I’m not much for spice, but the biryani was incredible. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and the whole experience was one to remember. Definitely recommend bringing anyone you want to impress!

One of those few restaurants which prepares truly authentic Indian flavours and does not compromise on service. We have always been warmly welcomed by Sumit. One of my favourite restaurants.

We celebrated our daughters engagement in the new function area and were thrilled with our afternoon!
The bar and function staff were amazing going beyond the call of duty to accommodate us.
We chose their canapé selection and were especially impressed with the fresh seafood.
The bar tab that included cocktails appeared to stretch beyond our expectations and staff notified us when limit had been reached!
We will definitely used hillside again! Well done guys!

Booked through Menulog and took 2.5 hours to arrive! Wouldn’t answer the phone. Food arrived at 8:40 and was not fresh. It was probably sitting in the car for two hours. Won’t order again.

Very good food. Patchy service as focus was on takeaway and very junior waitress. But pleasant and the food was really good. BYO. Good value. Well try again

We had our Christmas dinner party at this restaurant on a Friday night. It was so nicely decorated, really festive 🎄🥳. They did an amazing job inspite that it was so full with customers that night. We had the banquet menu – food was delicious & they accommodated the late comers. They were very good to let us take home the left-overs and still manage to serve us tea. Maybe next time we just need to hire the whole restaurant 😂

I went to the store looking to buy a dress my girlfriend showed me as a gift for a special occasion. Not knowing where to look, I showed it to a girl named Jin and she was able to locate the last dress the shop had on hand which was fantastic, she was super attentive, very friendly and patient. The other staff members were also very polite and helpful.

I’ve come here a couple times and the staff are pretty friendly and helpful. I found that the stock here is slightly more limited than other stores that I’ve been to but that isn’t a huge issue. Otherwise, the store is always well maintained and nice to visit 🙂

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve shopped at the Castle Towers Kookai store for many years and never had a positive experience but my most recent encounter has made sure I never step foot into this store again. I had the pleasure of the door being slammed in my face by an unpleasant employee named Elisha who refused to swap a faulty item I had purchased earlier that day because they were ‘closed’. Despite the fact that she had just done a swap for a lady infront of me and their website/centre trading hours stipulated they were supposed to be open for another 3 hours. Her attitude was beyond poor and she lacked basic etiquette. Train your staff better Kookai or at least hire decent employees.

Vicky Kelly and Teagan ensured we had a great experience while renting through Belle Castle Hill. They were lovely to deal with over the phone as well as in person. They assisted us when we needed to relocate a couple of times and made sure we didn’t feel alone or unsupported.
Thank you both for everything. 🙂

I don’t normally post comments, but I was very grateful for the very attentive customer service I received by Ethan who helped me sort out this particular situation. He polite informed me that the reason my scan code wasn’t working because I had purchased the tickets for the previous day. Since I had bought 7 tickets using gift cards it would be tricky to refund the money and re-purchase the tickets. Ethan was very cool, just asked me that I needed the pin codes, which my wife texted me. Ethan was able to sort out everything really quickly and get me tickets for that morning’s session. I was very impressed as he was always so polite and displayed very professional customer service. Which definitely made my customer experience a very positive one. It made me think ” This is what providing great service means”. Thank You a million Ethan, you saved my day and the six kids I had with me.

Everything was perfect from the team at Allan Drew Funerals for my father’s funeral. Tahnee was brilliant in her communication from the very beginning. Her sympathetic nature was truly valued at our darkest time as a family. Rob was wonderful on the day, supporting the family and all formal proceedings. The choosing of all items was within a great range of cost. No pushy behaviour to pick the most expensive items on the list.
Highly recommend Allan Drew Funerals.

Competent, compassionate, excellent. I very rarely give five stars, because I want outstanding services like this to stand out.
When Dad died last weekend, Mum followed the advice of a friend and rang Allan Drew Funerals. This turned out to be excellent advice. They came with compassion, handled all the legal details to do with Dad’s body, and left very little for Mum and me to worry about for the service.
I’d never even been to a funeral before, so I appreciated their attention and grace—they handled so many things that Mum and I wouldn’t even have thought of! They completely respected our wishes for a secular service, and referred us to excellent professionals for the programme, filming and photo tribute. The celebrant was fantastic.
On the day of the funeral, I overheard two of Dad’s friends separately remark that this is the funeral service they want when their turn comes around. I can’t imagine a higher recommendation than that! I did have one very minor concern, and they handled that feedback graciously and professionally. Overall, everything simply went extremely well.
This could have been one of the most fraught weeks of my life, but my friends came through for me in ways I couldn’t have imagined, and so did Allan Drew. I couldn’t recommend them more highly.

It has been just over 12 months now since our Mum passed away. I didn’t get to leave a review then but have thought often how very lovely everyone was. They made a very sad time a lovely time to remember. It was a lovely tribute to a most precious Mum. I can’t speak highly enough of the service & special care they provided.

We had dinner here for our anniversary, and it was wonderful! The BBQ ribs were tender, and very tasty. We also got a side of mashed potatoes, and they were the best mashed I’ve had in a long time. We will be back!

Not a bad place. It’s the kind of place where you pay a lot for ordinary food, and if you paid a fair price you’d think to yourself “we should have spent more on better food” or “should’ve stayed home”. Quote the place: “classic meals in a moody (sic) exposed brick space…” I didn’t feel moody. I think they meant something else.

Booked lunch for a family of 4 only to be told in the email confirmation the “Duration” was for 60 minutes. That’s barely enough time to order and wait for the food to come out. Most restaurants provide a 2 hour duration at least. I called up to confirm and got told that was correct, only 60 minutes for groups less than 6 people, otherwise it’s 90 minutes.

Taste not good, small portions and quite pricey. Definitely not an authentic Mexican fast food restaurant, never GO BACK and HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED for sure.
Ordered a large size beef nachos with special guacamole. They charged $12.90 for a large size nachos, a dollar extra if you want beef, and 2 dollars extra for special guacamole.
They served nachos in a paper tray. I paid $15.90 in total and they only filled up like half tray. Quite pricey for a smaller portions like that. So surprised they’re using kind of like pulled beef instead of beef minced. Low quality corn chips and some of them were soggy. Charged 2 dollars extra for special guacamole but they only gave you 2 teaspoons.
Staff there tried to make jokes but I don’t really buy that. Customer service was okay but it’s quite pricey with smaller portions.

Super excited as Mad Mex is typically my favourite and they have reopened one at castle towers. Good flavours but SUPER STINGY with EVERYTHING! The filling, the veggies, the guac – which you pay $2 extra for! They are very generous with the rice though… 🙄 I should’ve gone to Guzman y Gomez which I’m not a fan of but still would’ve been better and given me a better serving size. I will stick to going out of my way to pick up Mad Mex from Rouse Hill. They’re the best! Pretty sad that this brand new store is already on strict money saving mode, and from reading the reviews I am not the only one who is disappointed.
Not a single positive review since reopening and management just replies with the same generic response.

If you spent 12 years on your psychiatric degree and work here, then i feel bad for your parents. The only good thing about this place is their exit. Don’t bother coming here because I’m pretty sure they purposely diagnose you as insane to keep you there and milk you for all your cash. If your psychiatrist works here, then rest assured they were last in their class and could care less about your mental well-being. The place also smells like Scott Morrison’s pants after visiting a maccas. Save your money and time by visiting any other psychiatrist or psychiatric facility

Our property manager Sylvester Wijaya had been very helpful. He is a delightful person who is fantastic, knowledgeable and professional. His service when helping us find a new tenant has been efficient, transparent and stress free. I don’t have to chase him for anything as he kept me informed every single step. Providing me with professional advice about my investment property. He is the best property manager I ever had. Sylvester is a highly recommended property manager if landlords are looking for someone to look after their investment property.

Simply Awesome!!
Buying the first property in Australia is a daunting task and especially in a fast moving market. When we started looking to buy a house in early April, the property market seemed to be growing exponentially and with a lot of competition, it seemed our dream would never come true. That’s when we met Sara Perry & Karl Anthony during one of the house inspections. As soon as we expressed our interest in the property, they helped us understand the process of buying or selling and the important deadlines. They were very patient, walking us through the process and answering all of our questions. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive.
With Sara’s & Karl’s expert advice, we made our offer within a few days and they turned our dream into reality. Once our offer was accepted, they quickly set the wheels in motion to make sure that there are no unexpected issues with the closing.
What struck us about Sara & Karl is their honesty and down to earth personality. They understand the buyer’s needs and even in a fast moving market, don’t push you to make a hasty decision. They have the ability to connect with clients and make the process easy.
I recommend Sara & Karl to anyone who is looking for a personal approach to the home buying process without the high pressure. We had such a great home buying experience with them, and would recommend them to friends and family in a heartbeat. It was a pleasure working with Sara & Karl!!

I had a fantastic experience dealing with Joel Simpson for a purchase. He was honest genuine and very ethical and extremely helpful in a very challenging sale. He maintained his calm despite the fact that my legal representation refused to exchange contracts by digital exchange. He guide us through the sales process and was very factual and helpful. The campaign was intended to be an auction but changed to private treaty and he was very honest when we put offers in saying he is not deciding on path owners take. We approached his honestly in the process. He was very ethical never disclosed what other bidders offered.

In today’s day and age…to have every single staff member I dealt with be nothing but totally patient and helpful, even when being presented with complete ignorance of what is actually needed.
Across multiple stores as well.
If you aren’t sure if or need some guidance on how to get something working.
Take some photos of your inputs and go see the guys at Maxx Music.
Fantastic service. Thanks so much lads.
