Good variety at store and I can recommend click and collect service its always ready so quickly and I have found the girls at the service desk to be very helpful and they will call you if something just happens to be out of stock and offer a refund or to offer something similar with great advise. Netter than tuggerah where I had a young guy watch me struggle with a BBQ but never offered to help … luckily they wouldn’t do that at Lake Haven you would get help immediately…well done staff …

Our family had a booking today (4-12-18) to prepare for our fathers funeral, we (5 siblings) had to get up and walk out of the meeting as White Lady Funerals were unwilling to organise the day. We had to google other funeral directors for help. In the end we were able to ,”walk off the street” to Creightons Toukley who were able to meet our family needs in a time of grief. I was disgusted at the way we were treated by White Lady Funerals.

Great service!! I called up to enquire about a vaccum during covid lockdown. The store manager could answer my questions over the phone. To save me the drive to pick up this machine the manager delivered it to my house the same day

Bought vacuum cleaner from Godfrey’s at Lake Haven. Have always received excellent after service. The staff is always friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Johnny especially gives great service.

5 stars even before we get our items back! Looked up the services on Google, we have 2 super king beds, a queen and single. On a sunday i called up to have some super king bedding washed and they told me to bring it in same day! Very impressed. Pulled up, these guys are super busy for a reason! Very professional and i cant wait to pick up our bedding 😊 happy customers and will be back!

Toni and Bec are incredible property managers! They’re super friendly, very knowledgeable, understanding, professional and always willing to help when they can. Whenever there was an issue they were super easy to deal with while being prompt in resolving it and always keeping us in the loop with an open line of communication. First National is lucky to have them on their team! Their awesome service made renting a breeze. Fingers crossed my next landlords are half as great!
