Quite good. Just wondering about fixing up the actual website a bit as I did not see hours opened/closed mentioned. (Available elsewhere). And will there be a point in time when able to book online?

I understand we are dealing with crazy times and phone appointments to talk to a doctor. I have never ever ever made an appointment and actually been spoken to on time or even at all. Today, receptionists were not helpful and just rude. Waited over an hour for the app which I called twice to confirm. Was told the prescription for my 2yr old son would be emailed…. im still waiting… 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️

Disgusting service! Dr turned away my 1 year old son because he had a cough and was worried of covid. Was sitting in his office with no other patients around and would not see my son to check his chest. Wanted an over the phone consultation. How do you check a child over the phone?
You should be ashamed of yourself turning away a baby. Disgusting!!

I’ll give them 0 star if this system allows me to do It. useless doctor there, after a long time waiting, only let you go to the radiology to do the X-ray or ultrasound or someshit,! claim the money from your medicare card and treat you as mice, provide the wrong medicine list to you to try if it’s work or not. Is that not working? Then, come back try another one shitt

Very bad service. Dr Julian Lai booked appointment with me at 3.30pm. When I arrived, she totally ignore and let me wait during her medical procedure. I waited for an hour. I asked reception that how long for my wait.
The Dr said that “she doesn’t know when she will finish it”. Either I am continuing wait for her or make another appointment with reception. I really don’t know how good she is. But her attitude and professional are very bad. Never want to see this Doctor again

I am very angry. My mother was sent a text to book in for her second dose of Astra vaccine. Upon arrival, she was told to wait outside which she waited a whole hour and wasn’t given any notice or ANYTHING until she had to knock and ask. That’s when this rude receptionist was not empathetic at all and told my mother that in such a rude tone that the vaccine is only done on two days of the week. As if she hasn’t been telling her the past hour to just wait outside instead of properly following up with her appointment?? Nowhere was this noticed when booking in, and in that whole hour, no one had notified her about this. My mother was very upset.
