Please don’t send your daughter here!! find a school that treats your daughter with respect, understanding and education that can take her further in life. The experience held at this school for my children over issues with their uniform than improving their learning in subjects is beyond terrible. I suggest to look elsewhere.

IMPORTANT NOTE: it’s true that there are least 8 school faculty members who posted 5 stars ratings to boost the schools ratings sky high.

Had to get a new mixer tape for our kitchen as I could not find a filter to fit & stay in the spout of the tap. Bunnings had lots of filters & new mixer taps, I found the exact same tap for $79, I will be buying this & replace the existing tap, we tried to get the exact filter but they have changed the size of the spout, this tap is about 8 to 10 years old. Bunnings was great, when I got there & showed then the part they told me which isle I had to go, I also asked a young lady working there for help & because it they were closing soon she showed me the filters & taps, she told to come when their plumber is there, I will be going there again to see if I can either get a filter or a replacement tap, great place to shop if you need anything for that project

I bought a Bianco pump through a reseller to replace my old Bianco pump which had lasted me at least 15 years out in the open. The new pump couldn’t maintain pressure, but after a long consult Josh sent me a new one which is working fine. The service was great and their only aim seemed to be that I got what I needed.

Pretty disappointed in this company, so much for a claim of providing quality products to their “loyal and valued” customers.
My pump is 4 months out of warranty and has developed a crack in the steel casing, clearly a manufacturing problem or weak point in the design, none of the matters though, warranty claim DENIED. I would be a bit more understanding if it was an electrical problem or a bearing, but the fact it’s the main structure of the pump is pretty poor to only last just over 2 years….
I certainly know who I won’t be buying from again nor recommending.

I am new to the process of buying in auctions so I purchased a used laptop from NSW without knowing that I need to pick it up myself (I’m from SA). I reached out to the staff at Pickles Milperra and I was provide with the best and the most honest support I could ask for. These people are amazing to deal with and extremely helpful.

This was not a service I was supposed to receive with my purchase but I was provided with all the necessary guidance to be able to organise my Parcel Courier and get it delivered to SA.

All I can say it Thank You!!!

Haverford had the product out for delivery the next day in Sydney. It was only 30 minutes away. Couriers Please stuffed it up and it was still with them for a week. After contacting Haverford, Matt called me and arranged a delivery which came within an hour. This is the gold standard for customer service. My suggestion is don’t use Couriers Please.

Placed an order for a product on the 27th of December. Got a confirmation that it would be delivered on the 30th. I live only about half an hour away from the warehouse so I thought that’s pretty good considering the circumstances, but I honestly didn’t expect it until after the new year. Well, it’s now over 3 weeks later and I still haven’t received the full order. The best part is, after two weeks since I placed the order they sent me an email asking me to rate the product and take a video of me using the product. Had a good laugh at that one. Anyway, I have called Haverford twice, both times they promised me a call back after they told me they would follow up with Shippit/Courier’s Please… Nothing. I actually got half the order yesterday, however the box was damaged and not taped up properly and from the looks of it some pieces are missing. I guess I’ll have to wait until the other part of the product arrives before knowing if there is anything actually missing. So to sum up, I have no idea whether or not these people make good products. I wish I could tell you about them. I wish I’d have already been using them enough to rate them. What I can tell you is their customer service is pretty miserable. They don’t seem to care about what you’re saying on the phone. They either don’t follow up on your inquiries or they just don’t bother calling you back. They don’t package things correctly and for some inexplicable reason they don’t send everything together. Regardless of the possible problems with their courier service this has been one of the worst customer service experiences in recent memory. If you’re looking for a product that these people make I highly suggest looking elsewhere as well. Compare the cost but more importantly read the reviews and ask about their delivery partners. Avoid anyone that uses Courier’s Please!

Haverford are sensational!! We recently had a massive storm in Melbourne and my golf cage was damaged. One of the corner pieces was damaged and I contacted Haverford. The staff were very welcoming and without an issue they send down a replacement part at no cost. Now that is what I call brilliant customer service. Second to none. Well done Haverford – a highly recommended company!!

The best service I’ve been ever seen. They have very supportive and professional team who can help you at any time with competitive price and high quality. There are a lot of processing food equipment such as traysealers, vacuum chamber machines, kebab machines, meat slicers, meat grinder, sausage fillers and etc. in their show room in Milpera. Plus they have one of the biggest stock of cutting spare parts in Sydney.

Honestly, I wanted to love this place. As a young parent on a very limited budget I was even happy to pay full price with no rebates.

Sadly this centre lacks behind other KU facilities.
It is filled with bully children and the teachers will never address this as they are happier to victim blame, my daughter had issues with kids being rough on her and I was simply told “she needs to learn to stand up for herself” as a first time mum I was led to believe this was normal and my child was in fact the problem as she was so timid.
After seeking advice from management in good faith I was then advised I should hold her back a year until she grew a thicker skin, keeping in mind this would means she would then be 7 in kindergarten. Moved her to a new centre, she thrived, started kindy on time and has been at the top of her grade academically since and has exceeded all expectations with the right support.
I would not recommend KU Milperra for children who are shy or timid.
