Slow check in staff at the front desk don’t know how to cut keys to get into your room
Staff advised go to intercom and buzz to get into the garage waited 15 minutes for them to pick up.
Asked reception for a bucket of ice and was waiting for over an hr
You expect so much more from a large chain of hotels
Disappointed is an understatement
Would highly recommend the Meriton apartments around the corner
Much more professional staff and they are trained and very obliging to requests and it’s ease of check in.
Much more cleaner then the Sebel.
Book balcony room, balcony out of use. Wet towels covering floors in hotel room on arrival due to water leaks from ceiling, room smelled damp and mouldy, air conditioning wasn’t working middle of heat wave, balcony was a construction site, dirty windows covered in cement, pool use only by appointment, of which there weren’t any times available. Ask to be moved to another room. We’re given another room, with no balcony even though we paid for balcony room. When we were moved to another room we handed back the original keys to the staff member and he gave us the new keys. Upon checking out they had lost one of the original keys and insisted we didn’t hand it over when new room keys were provided and told us we were lying. Charged us $55 for the key they lost and refused to refund the remainder of our bond until we signed the paperwork agreeing to the lost key charge. Rude staff. Absolutely disgraceful rooms, construction works outside and on balconies, charge customers for balcony rooms when balconies out of use, can’t use pool, water leaks and damp smelly room, abusive staff, horrible hotel and disgusting experience . Was third time staying and terrible experience every time. Hotel has been under construction for 2 years now and no warning to guests.
This hotel is mixed with resident units. Everyone need to consideration this when choosing this hotel. Probably no one would ever imagine a situation like this when they plan to stay in a hotel. One night when I spend in this hotel with my whole family, we could not sleep at the sound of fighting from above resident unit from mind night to 4 am. 24 hours counter did not answer after the 1st complain at 1 am, only one staff at the counter had to assist a police man. Even more disappointing is that I am still waiting for a reply to a letter of complaint to the managers for 2 weeks.

The Asian lady with short hair sitting in the middle desk speaks broken English which I can hardly understand. Plus she needs to improve her product knowledge and manners. The lady insulted me by saying “wow medibank paid a lot for your hospital service” . Isn’t that something medibank supposed to do? And should I be sorry for being sick and getting medical treatment? I feel so disappointed with this woman and I think she needs a training for respecting people.The first time that I meet an absolutely strange service, which compares to Medibank in Dee Why. When you go to claim, they never confirm your name, home address, or even bank account… What if the people, who just change their address or change their bank info… Ummm… Funny experience.
However, the location is a bit difficult to find

Yeah, it’s a cinema, how different can it be.
It’s been a while since my wife and I went to the cinema and it was an eye opener.
Recently renovated the seating was excellent but it didn’t sound like the sound system had been updated. The sound seemed to be muffled and combine that with a variable quality sound track and the experience wasn’t the best.
The purchase procedure for snacks is now automated and it was the first time that we had encountered it, and maybe that was part of the problem. The process wasn’t intuitive and the instructions were either non-existent or sub-optimal. If it weren’t for the friendly staff member that helped us then we would probably still be there.”}]}

A fantastic cinema. Matched my expectations very well. They have so much more food and a lot more space. They now have reclined chairs which is fantastic. They staff are lovely and the display screen is great. There’s now a vibe of a modern and relaxing cinema. Great job!

I attended the medical centre as I had really bad sciatica ( im also 21 weeks pregnant) and was in alot of pain. The receptionist went above and beyond her job role and assisted me with a wheelchair and helped me to get to the bathroom safely. She was passionate and understanding and I appreciated everything she did for me.
The doctor I saw was also good and gave me some painkillers to help ease the pain and gave sound advice.
Thank you again ❤
Absolute worst medical centre DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME. I had a telehealth appointment where the receptionist checked my number twice and the doctor still called on the wrong number, so I missed it. When I called back, it took 15 minutes to get through to reception who then transferred me to their specialist centre who then transferred me back to reception who then hung up on me. Honestly do not waste your time even if it is your local – there are much better centres nearby, including OurHealth in Crows Nest which is excellent.
Appointment booked 4 weeks in advance for a meeting with specialist Dr Tu. Upon arrival on the day, they told me it was now a tele-health appointment and tried ringing me to explain this to me. When I asked why they couldn’t leave a voicemail or message, they blamed “patient – client confidentiality”. So they sent me home telling me to email them my referral however (apparently that’s not a breach of patient – client confidentiality). I emailed anyway and waited for the phone call to come through… nothing. 2.5hrs on the road and in traffic feeling unwell and not a single care given.

Visited the Chatswood showroom ready to sit down, discuss and purchase our windows. We scanned the QR code, pushed open the door, and entered the showroom. We were pretty much ready to serve Stegbar our money on a silver platter. This should be easy, and we were excited! A sales rep came over, we explained our need and showed picture. Strangely we heard the word ‘no’ three times before we passed the covid check in desk! Already it felt like it was getting weird – doesn’t Stegbar exist to sell windows? (Ah- we had not read the reviews beforehand). We persevered as we’d gone out of our way to organise our visit to the showroom. Realised quickly that the sales rep was possibly sales impaired. The sales rep went on to demonstrate excellence in hesitancy to show us examples, discuss options, or to listen to our needs and look properly at our photos, and was not interested in our details. Our suspicions were confirmed. All we could do refocus ourselves and try to salvage this increasingly disappointing visit into an entertaining one. Finally, after we attempted to strike up more discussion with a few more questions, we were handed a brochure and told to come back after we’d looked at it. Wow. It’s like Sydney’s very own Fawlty Towers. We sat in the car, shocked at what just happened. So, in short, highly recommended for an excursion if you’re a marketing student needing a case study for ‘business-gone-wrong’, or if you’re a generally bored passer by seeking air con on a hot day. Based on our experience and subsequently seeing the many, many terrible reviews, it appears the Stegbar business model has ruined an otherwise great product and has destroyed the brand. Maybe it’s really a front for some sort of clandestine operation.
Buyer beware, the after sales service of Stegbar is beyond poor.
My new door was over $3000.00 once installed the lock didn’t align therefore didn’t work. It took a week for a service technician he spent 5 minutes said it was fixed but guess what no it wasn’t. I called again they said sorry we will put you on a priority for another tech service call, priority means 4 days. Today is the day but they have canceled. The cancellation message suggests another week before I can get a door that works properly. If that’s priority. Plus the confirmation had 50% of my address correct. The right street but wrong suburb. It appears if you want 50% service or half a job Stegbar are the people to see. It’s either that or they just like to do everything twice. It looks like it will be over 3 weeks of a Dis functioning front door. Hopefully this saga isn’t over so we will wait another week and see. Luckily they said I’m a priority. ?
Think twice.
Tim was very helpful and a great help, we have 40 year old Stegbar Western Red Cedar colonial window and needed replacement clips for the colonial bars. Tim found some clips out the back and gave then to us. Thanks Tim we now hope to get many more years out of our Stegbar windows.

It’s in a nice spot. Nobody can disagree with that. It has great smiling staff that do their job diligently and quickly even when they are flat out. I was there for lunch and ordered medium rare sirloin steak that was……well….tough. I was surprised becouse I was expecting better…. Especially since the night before I had cooked a slow baked leg of lamb which was very tender. Great food and service. Everyone was really nice. The tables are well spaced. We were lucky with the weather. I’ve been there when it has been raining and it’s not pleasant. It’s a bit nicer, tidier than previous visits too so that’s good. Much improved. I had the Hallumi salad and it was delicious. Highly recommend it.”},{“@type” : “Review”,”author” Nice food and view.
Bring a light jacket or cardigan just in case if you feel the cold easily.

Another great experience. I needed to return gift I had purchased but had lost docket. The service centre went the extra mile and tracked my purchase, salesman was so helpful I was able to return and purchase a gift U really wanted. I had no idea this was possible. I was very appreciative and grateful I got such professional service. Target is certainly breeding customer conscious staff. THANKU
I bought the socks pictured in a few different patterns online. The packaging claims “one size fits most”. That’s outrageous. These socks will not fit anyone who is size 9 or above. That’s a sizeable portion of the Australian market. If you reckon maybe they might fit you and you want to give them a go, don’t. Target have this policy that you can’t try on the sock and return it if it doesn’t fit. If you order online like I did, it doesn’t come with any warning not to remove the packaging and try on the sock or you lose your right to return. I really could have done without going three rounds with the shop assistant about what “fit for purpose” means under the Australian consumer law when I tried to return them. Target then refused to publish my honest review on their website. I’m publishing it here so that other consumers don’t fall into the trap I did.
Just want to take the time to appreciate the patience of the attendees working at the customer support desk on Sunday (28/11/21) nearly 8pm (closing time). Was few minutes to close, big line , crazy customers with weird enquiries (including me) and both were extremely professional, helpful and efficient, without missing composure.
Great service, Thank you both !

I highly appreciate what Robert Walters has done for me. I came here as a recommendation from a friend and the moment I signed up with them, within one week I received calls from 4 different people for roles and interviews and within two-three weeks I has a job.
The support, guidance and amazing staff who is so lively makes you believe that you are in good hands. They guided me in every step and I felt I was been taken care of. I have never felt that with any recruitment company so far.
I especially want to thank Shella from Chatswood who has been amazing throughout and her support, cheerful attitude and positively had a huge impact on the way I gave interviews and her guidance was absolutely amazing. Olivia has been really good throughout for the job I have today.
I thank the whole team as they are doing their work at best with amazing staff members.
I have already recommended them to 4 of my friends and I recommend to everyone who is out there on a job hunt.
I would like to express my appreciation for all the hard work and support Sophie has given to me in my job search. I would like to thank Jhillian and Jessica for their guidance on placing me in a contracting position. I had recently left a company who I had worked for for many years (over 20) and finding a new role in the digital world, during a pandemic was a different ball game. They were both very helpful in my quest to find a position, which I did after 4 weeks.

Luxurious building design with a large floor space for all types of businesses and also a lot of car parking spaces which is essential (but it’s sometimes not enough as well).
Would suggest Management contact Willoughby Council to consider more public transport (metro/light rail along Victoria Avenue) to reduce traffic demand and demand for parking.
The more expensive shopping centre – full of branded shops. But still a nice splatter of cafes and restaurants in the food court, a great fresh food and vegetable shop and Coles. Nice coffee shops, the Apple store, even a Kmart that helps keep the parking open til late. Glad to say they have fixed up the Internet now and it actually works well! This has me spending more time at cafes in here.
I have been parking there now, 3-h free parking is great. It’s spaceous, bright, with busy and quiet areas. The food court has very good food. David Jones, K-Mart. All I need in one place!

This has me spending more time at cafes in here.
Very impressed by Steve’s diligence in sourcing my office needs and getting them delivered to me so quickly. Initially informed I’d need to wait until mid-September ’21, but they were delivered sooner in late August by a very polite Express Office National driver to my front door. That never happens with other courier drivers in my experience. I’ve had other deliveries just left in the middle of my front driveway & no notice. I am very impressed by Express Office National’s high level of customer service and will be visiting their Chatswood office after this Sydney lock down finally comes to an end. Thank you Steve.
Hi Geoff, Thank you for sorting out the head set issue, we are very happy with what you recommended and appreciate the time you spent sourcing the solution for us. You are a star and we recommend you.
Go Office National, Steve and Geoff are super helpful and take care of thier customers very well. Stationary emergencies can absolutely cripple offices and these guys do a great job to mitigate that! Thank you!”}]}

Probably the worst Subway experience at this store. The bread is usually stale and the salad doesn’t look or taste fresh. Apparently the staff have been told to skimp on the toppings and to charge more if you ask for extra (which Subway does that)? I believe the owner eyes off the staff to ensure they don’t over load the subs with too much – the service is not what you would expect for a fast food place…… it’s pretty poor for what you pay for!
Whilst the customer service was at least an ok experience, the actual rolls were terrible. My quick ham and cheese toastie was actually a partially melted pile of cheese on soft un-toasted bread. My partners salad and meat roll was left wanting for more toppings and a smile from the staff member.
If you are wanting a subway here, I’d suggest finding something else to eat.Great customer service, nice fresh food with plenty of varieties & very reasonable price. Subway Westfield Chatswood, keep it up the good work. Cheers ?”}]}

The most uninterested rude woman serving. Sunday morning it’s quiet and this was my first visit ever to this Subway (and my last) She was not interested at all in making the sandwich or being polite, the whole time I am watching blow flies flying around the food. Avoid going here!
Customer service- big shout out to Anuska who was super super helpful. You could tell she tried really hard to be as helpful as possible, just a really good customer experience. She’s the only reason why I decided to write a review in the first place – recognize her excellent customer service!I’ve been a very satisfied apple consumer for decades very disappointed on my last visit on 6 Jan afternoon on the genius bar there, not to mention they completely ignore the gap issue between screen and frame that has been reported broadly, one of senior technician or supervisor -Mark offers customer to go Fair Trading if we are not happy with Apple Product with no reason and no sympathy. one of the things that always kept me coming back to use apple product has been phenomenal customer support and the extreme product quality. i am so disappointed”}]}

Amazing place. Assistance is very useful than compared to any apple store in Sydney. I bought many items here without any issues and very smooth deals. Much recommended place.

Genius Bar – there was a bit of a wait before we got served (we had an appointment booked beforehand). But the guy who helped us was super helpful, knowledgeable. Good experience.
