Attended in a time of desperation on a public holiday when our toilet stopped working. The gentleman there could not have been more helpful, honest and truthful… enabling a quick repair. Highly recommended…. good to see old fashioned hardware stores and real service still exist.

I have been delighted with the high level of service I have received from this indie business and the employee named Yan. Personal & Prompt service over the internet is very rare but with Double Bay Hardware that made no difference as I felt I was shopping in the actual store. Keep it up guy’s..

Excellent, helpful, friendly service when I went to buy my Stihl trimmer. Went out of their way to assist and make sure I knew exactly what I was buying, how it worked and how to use it. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service by Warwick. He found everything I needed to get for my parents to work in the garden.

Lyndon stocks a wide range of quality products and was always helpful without ever being pushy. The jars of lollies make this a hardware store even our kids look forward to visiting. I would recommend to anyone doing a renovation project.

Honestly. Give this place a miss. They don’t have much of a selection of stuff at the best of times – assuming they do have stock of what should be on the shelf anyway, and if you need some help from a member of staff then the best of luck with that – they aren’t really interested in my experience. I am local and try to support local business but will be avoiding this Bunnings if I can. Try the Mitre 10 in Bondi Junction instead. They genuinely to try to help and have a broader selection of many everyday bit and pieces despite having a small shop.

Returned a faulty clothes airer. Girl at the counter coldly quizzed me as to whether I was sure I had purchased it from Randwick. An apology for the dodgy product or a little warmth wouldn’t have gone astray.
