They need to match what’s in the store with their data systems. They don’t even have prices on some items at check out. I had to take a picture of the price tag to show the cashier. Items are “IN STOCK” online but not there when you go purchase.
Inconsistent customer service. Depending on who I end up talking to, I either get really good advice and attention.
Lately there are not enough staff members to attend to the customers.
Online shopping with this particular store is frustrating. I ordered an item online, set it up for a pick up at this store, paid for it and they lost track of it. So I cancelled it and asked for refund. Went to the store to order and there it was.
Michelle is the best worker there by far! She should get a promotion. I want to thank the manager for giving her a job, she is so talented and nice and puts up with a lot of customer service. The lady in front of me was rude to her and she remained patient and professional
