Emailed the store for a quote and to create an account as a builder, no response after 3 months. Good range of products here but thats mostly the only reason you’d come here, Clint offers great customer service but Paul is extremely rude and management should reconsider his position. Like other reviews, for hardware or any other needs you should generally go elsewhere.
Do yourself a favour & head to Bunnings instead. Staff not interested in helping and completely lacking in knowledge. There is nothing like people behind the counter sighing because you dare to interrupt their day by expecting them to do their job.
Not happy with my repairs to my blower and chain saw the blower didn’t start so when I took it back they charge me for a new carburetor it should of been fix in the first place, as for my chainsaw I couldn’t open it to clean my bar and chain plus smoke came out of it when started and it ran a little sluggish for around five minutes seems OK now but have to keep a eye out for this too,overall not good service.I Got my blower back about five weeks with the new carburetor, used it twice very sluggish, the third time I started it, it wouldn’t start at all.Not taking it back again they are terrible.they are money hungry people whitch do bad work.
