Brand new warehouse with a great selection. Pity the staff were not helpful with no assistance choosing my timber. I did for a moment consider walking out. Considering I was the only customer I expected better service. Suggest management organise a secret shopper to report on their experiences at each yard.

Bunnings Eastgarden has pretty mych everything you need and the plant section is pretty vs other bunnings.
Definitely recommend to visit this particular one for plants

What’s going on with Bunnings..no staff in the section I was looking to spend $400+ in.. went to the front desk to meet ‘team member’ with attitude (didn’t need that in a Sunday morning) waited and waited in the kitchen section – eventually a very apologetic, very friendly and helpful ‘team member’ arrived and we had my purchase efficiently sorted in minutes.. without her the experience would have been even less..she saved it but I can’t ignore the poor customer service and lack of staff..

One stop huge warehouse size shop for everything you could imagine for your household, decoration, fixing, repair and cleaning need. They are reasonably priced. Staff here are generally helping when approach.

Bit disappointed in this store, great location but customer service was very average to say the least, was offered no alternative product, nor given an option to get what I needed, if I was a business I’d be bit disappointed being told that there’s no stock and we’re not sure when it will be available. Considering that I was able to get the same product online from your website but not given an option to get it from the store shows me that there is room for improvement with your store. Any other total tool store I’ve gone to in the past have gone above and beyond to find me what I needed or given me an alternative to get the job done. Consider shopping online instead
