I went into the store today with a specific product in mind.
I had done online research and wanted a solution today. When i found the product it was too large and asked for assistance. Steff was the member I spoke with and at first the option she provided was an online purchase, when I questioned this and asked for a result today she instantly clicked into “solution” mode and we came up with a great outcome. This is exactly what I was after and am very thankful. Great experience.

I visited Bunnings Wollongong yesterday and Rod the lighting department staff member helped me out. He was super helpfull and really went above and beyond. Well done guys and girls. Service plus. I’m very impressed, and highly recommend this business and staff.

Update; I was in again today and once again top notch service. Kelly helped me out with a screen door handle replacement, she was super helpful and her advice was spot on. Door fixed, thanks again

Yeah, I’d avoid this store like the plague. Don’t bother asking 1 question, because youre answered with “the purple ones” (regarding drill bits). 4 staff members just on their phones doing nothing. Ill take my 5k spend to total tools.

Mitchell at Sydney tools went above and beyond today helping re-tap a stripped thread on my Isuzu truck. Wow!! More than just another tool shop, these guys know what they are doing..
Mitch is a qualified mechanic that is too eager to assist…

Highly recommend this shop..

Hands down the worst Sydney tools in NSW. Nothing but poor performances by management at this store.

No organisation, poor customer relations.

Make purchasing and warranty an absolute hassle.

Will not be returning.

We’re now on our third project at home requiring bathroom items and plumbing goods. I was recommended Anna at Tradelink by our plumber. From the first day Anna busted her chops and squeezed prices to get us the best deals and continues to this day. She cares and is clearly passionate about what she does. She is old fashion service orientated. Anna is a diamond and I would not hesitate in recommending you ask for her if you have any project (and it’s rare I would bother recommending anyone these days).

My husband and I called in to Trade Link on Saturday morning looking for a lip for our toilet seat. Anna was very helpful and went out of her way to try and help us, which is very much appreciated. Unfortunately they did not have what we needed, but my husband was able to modify the lip we had and all is well. We would like to thank Anna for all her help, it was a pleasure to receive such good customer service.
