I usually find what I need at the Kingsgrove store but when I do need assistance it is very hard to find. The staff would just ignore or avoid having to provide help by walking away when they see you approach, especially in the gardening section. Although I have received excellent service from staff member Larry. He was genuinely happy to help, provide as much information as possible & ask if there was anything else he could help with. I haven’t come across that sort of service in a long time, he is a credit to the company and deserves recognition

This place is clean, huge and my time suck. Gosh I wish I wasn’t handy….great Bunnings location and staff are always happy to help

The two kids flirting in aisle 7 this morning was gross and the guy driving the golf cart in the carpark was really rude. Otherwise good customer service at the checkout.

Edit: and today we are rigorously checked for masks and check in at the location, understandable, except I get inside to find two employees speaking closely with a customer, neither of them wearing a mask properly.

Lovely service from a young lady named Sarah wearing a headscarf. Very friendly and helpful and managed to find everything I needed. Will be coming back !!
