I went in to buy a beach umbrella and left with an experience of a lifetime. Not only were the counter staff really accomodating to my needs, but Vanessa also gave us a live tutorial. My friends decided to buy another for themselves the next day and the handsome young man in the high vis was even more helpful. Thanks for being so welcoming and sorting us out – I’m sure we’ll be back again someday for another umbrella!
