I’ve already stayed at the Killara Hotel & Suites a couple of times since they have renovated and the rooms are amazing.

My girls love staying at hotels so I like to take them for a weekend so we can relax in the beautiful rooms and order Uber eats or go to the local restaurants for something different.

The hotel is great for the price you pay so I highly recommend staying there because you can definitely pay twice as much in the city.

Excellent, clean and refurbished room. All the furniture and beds appeared brand new. The fittings were of a good quality.
For the price there was nothing to compare in the same vicinity. There was also plenty of free parking.

We were there for a function and it was very good.
Service of food and drinks was excellent and the space provided suited our needs well.
They probably need to invest in some audio visual gear though.
I have lived locally, less than 500 m away, for 31 years but because I am not a golfer I have never visited before.
Nice old building, friendly and helpful staff, good function area, plenty of parking, not much else is needed. Well some better AV gear maybe.

Nothing wrong with the service but the employee kept tossing a bunch of cigarette butts
I picked the up with a tissue cause I think it’s wrong. Bin was only a few metres away.

I had some tricky questions regarding pool balustrade designs to infinity edges that no one could assist with. Amy from Premier Pools exceeded my expectations by returning my call once she gone out of her way to sourced sufficient info and documentation to answer my enquires. Since our pool was originally constructed and posting this review 2 years ago (Dec 2018), we had a couple of issues to follow up with Premier Pools. One turned out to be a non-issue and the other (faulty Astral Pools ORP/PH sensors beyond the explicit warranty period) was promptly addressed by Damien at Premier Pools. We appreciate the post sales customer service. Original review is provided below.

Great working with Damien and Steve at Premier Pools. Damien, with his years of experience, provided trusted and reliable advice. He also worked well with our builder (Metricon) to integrate the pool and house design. Steve got us started on time to lay the concrete pool shell ahead of the start of our house build and then came back on site towards the end of our project to finish the pool ahead of Christmas which was important to us. We would highly recommend Premier Pools for anyone looking to build a quality pool.

We came here for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was the perfect way to end his special day! The french onion soup in the 3 course meal was so so delicious, hands down the best french onion soup I’ve had. The rest of the mains and dessert were also super delicious! Overall, we had the best time. Can’t forget the friendly waitstaff who went out of his way to help us take pictures! Definitely coming back and I highly recommend this little gem!!

Cafe Lyon is a cozy 2 level restaurant, with great atmosphere and delightful food.
The theme of the interior is very fitting with that of a French cafe, and once you step inside you suddenly feel worlds away. Time passes quickly. The quality of the food is top notch, while the prices are very reasonable. Lunch is only available on Thursdays, which is a shame, as their lunch menu is superb. Bookings are essential. The quality of their Entrees, Mains and desserts are equally delicious. One visit is not enough to explore their menu, even with a small group of friends.

A great spot to spend a day of your weekend. There are many things you can do around here from simple picnic, bbq, bit of hiking or walking and you can even rent a boat to go around the river.

The girls are always very friendly and helpful. I just love going to the Crewel Goblin because the shop is full of resourceful inspiring supplies. I feel a bit like a kid in a candy store, so many things I want because it triggers so many ideas

My daughter has been going to the day care since 8 months and every single day has been a pleasant experience. I can’t thank Emma , the centre manager enough. She has gone above and beyond for understanding our needs and our daughter’s helping and supporting us throughout. Thank you to all the educators (we can’t thank you enough ) who always are so passionate and dedicated towards all the children. I will highly recommend Roseville Guardian !

My daughter has been attending Guardian Roseville for over 2 years and we cannot speak highly enough of the centre and the whole team!
Emma (centre manager) and her team are so caring and friendly with all the children and parents, and are always organising creative and fun activities, games and learning opportunities.
My daughter’s transition through each room and stage has been smooth and she is met with care and support every day. She truly loves going to daycare!
The whole team really goes above and beyond and we are part of a lovely community.
Will be sending my son there when I go back to work, can’t wait for him to be welcomed by the team!

We had the pleasure of meeting agent Neo Wang recently(as the house we are currently tenants in was up for sale)he was appointed to sell the property.

We have been long term tenants in this property and Neo went out of his way showing us the up most respect and patience during this process, we have been in this situation many times before with rude disrespectful sales agents telling us, and not asking. Neo was totally opposite and deserves a pat on the back for not only doing a great job presenting the property but in his people skills.

I would highly recommend Neo Wang to either purchase from or sell your property, i definitely will.

Don’t even bother with this slow and dull post office with no positive vibe at all! ! !
The staff here looks like they DO NOT want to be working at all. They look LAZY and can’t be bothered when you asked them some questions regarding about international postage and renewing the Australian Passports. I am definitely NOT coming back again!

This post office has the slowest and inefficient staff in the whole Greater Sydney.
There is only 3 people working at this office. 1 manager and 2 other staff. This other staff Asian woman is the slowest worker I have ever seen. Took her 10 mins just to find me some stamps. Took her another 6 mins to check the price. Took her 16 mins just to find some stamps and the price. Ridiculously slow! She is not fit to be working there.
The other blondie woman is slow as well. She cares more about her nails than serving customers. Absolutely a big joke for Australia Post to employed this sort of people as their staff. The manager always hide inside the post room at the back. I wonder why??

As a new client I am very impressed with Gavin and his team. Incredible response time. I lodged my information with them late one afternoon and had my draft return returned to me within a matter of hours. Placed an order for a line trimmer, and was told for months they weren’t getting responses from the supplier in NZ, blaming it on COVID. One email to the supplier, and I got a fast response telling me to avoid these guys, and sent me to another distributor who sorted me out very quickly. Haven’t even been able to get my deposit back because they won’t do it over the phone (say what now?), and now they’re ‘temporarily closed’.

Have been waiting for 4 months for them to service my blower. Was initially told it would be 2 weeks. I have called them many times for an update. Now I can’t contact them to pick it up, as they are not answering phones. Website advises temporarily closed. Recommend not using these guys.

They seem like nice guys but the service was appalling nonetheless. After 8 or 9 weeks I simply had to go and pickup my trimmer with no one having even looked at it. I was initially given a 2 week timeframe for assessment, but after 8 weeks I’d still heard absolutely nothing. When I called they were apologetic and promised it would be looked at that afternoon and I would definitely receive a call the following day. A week later …still nothing. There is either no system at all, or the system is merely to look after trade customers and those who complain regularly. Unless you are prepared to be a serious ‘squeaky wheel’ every week I suggest you find somewhere else for your service. No care for regular customers.

Aylin Karahangil has managed my tax returns for the last two years and inherited a rather complex situation which was at issue with the tax office. I certainly appreciated her professionalism in our communication and the resolution she attained with the tax office.
