My experience at this club is totally happy and once you step in the front reception you will be respect and staff are really happy smile and friendly give more information if you need a help especially staff CHERRY at the front… She always help you with anything that you need help and she will remember all the guest name and really happy with her excellent service

Nice, clean shopping centre. My wife used the parenting room facilities. She said it was very spacious and clean. There were two separate rooms for feeding, with doors that could be locked. Each contained a comfortable feeding chair. I will definitely do more shopping here in the future.

Love this place the new shops are a,great addition to an already family friendly shopping centre. Ive always had great encounters with my shopping trips and all shops there. Well done to all staff and all shop staffs to have the best experience for your shoppers

I am a regular here and visit weekly. On every visit I can always pick up amazing sales/discounts. I love that my favourites are regularly on special here. The range is diverse enough – I love being able to try new brands and different types of liquor.

Customer service here is good. The guys are always helpful if I need.

This is my definite local go-to!

Customer service is the worst here.
I’ve been using optus for 5 years, but I regret it.
I’ll never use the optus again.
The female employee annoyed me and was very unpleasant.
I was frustrated to see the attitude of a female employee who was annoyed.
I don’t even want to give a rating.

SCAM ALERT !!!!!
i got apple product from them 1 month before and it was replaceable if it gets faulty with in 6 months but they didn’t replace it for me
And the guy with tattoo on his right arm is unprofessional and very rude.He don’t know how to talk to customer
Don’t buy anything from them!!!!!!!!

Love the atmosphere and food. I went there many times.

Ambiance is amazing, very clean place and delicious food. Staff is very courteous and humble.

Bristro is majority serving Italian cuisine. Not a great cooking and prices are quiet experience with not much quality cooking.
But the gaming room is very comfortable space to enjoy. Gaming attendants not really friendly when you asked for free coffee or drinks while playing machine.

It’s a no from me with this club. Supports segregation of community members and refuses to allow certain people into the club based on medical decisions and choices. In other words if you are not a pin cushion then you are not welcome. However on a positive note this is not going to impact me or my family as we are more than happy to dine out with a small business who definitely deserves our and your custom more than this club. Support your local small business and don’t support medical segregation. I will never set foot in this disgusting place again.

Got transferred from St George public hospital in Oct. Very impressed with the rehab program. Nurses led by Cara and the allied health team are very competent. Staff are very nice and supportive. After discharged, they also offer out patient rehab program. Highly recommended !

I thank God daily that we found this amazing hospital for dad. All the staff are amazing and take real pride in the care they provide. Dad is so well taken care of and having entered with mobility issues after surgery and dimentia he was challenged with his mind and the signals it was giving to his body. Holroyd through extensive physio and cognitive work daily has helped restore some self dignity and helped him get back to a mobility that sees him walking and taking the right cues when necessary around toileting and general movement. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a facility to not just house the elderly and loved ones under their care but to working with them to make them the best version that they can be with what has been served to them.
God bless all the staff from nurses to drs, to physios to interns- every person that has helped dad so much in his stay here ??♥️?

BP service help full service. I buy petrol there they have some groceries and you can buy coffee and may be donuts, pies to eat. Toilet is very clean. friendly all staff members. good work guys. cheers.

3rd time i bought fuel from them same guy on customer service, i scanned my loyalty rewards card nd conformed him wether my card is not scanned. He said yes done, but when i checked on my phn nothing. What a waste???

Poor customer service. The person working there was on his phone and dint even greet back. Happened around on16/09/21 at around 9:14 pm . Wouldn’t want to come back again. The request the manager to teach their staff the basics of customer service.

I love the service at Cincotta Discount Chemist Stores. Not only do they offer great prices, you can always find someone who can help you. It’s just a flawless customer experience. The store that I go to the most is the Merrylands store on 185 Merrylands Rd and I can’t say enough about their great customer service. It’s always a pleasure to shop there.

The Team at Cincotta Discount Chemist Merrylands on 185 Merrylands Road is exceptional. They show a level of customer care that I haven’t received anywhere else. They work for your business and interact with you on a personal level that is unmatched. The attention to detail they show means so much when dealing with medications. Love them!

I highly recommend shopping at Cincotta Discount Chemist Merrylands. The have a large variety of products ranging from baby products, health care products and beauty products at very reasonable prices. The staff are always willing to help and are friendly and knowledgeable. They also have good operating hours.

While ago I booked tennis court and the lights didn’t work. Long time on hold and it didn’t get resolved, no refund. My son has been booking court without problem so I tried again and this time the court wouldn’t open because it takes 30 minutes from time of booking to activate, but doesn’t tell me this until too late when I’ve already paid! On hold for ages, rude customer service, no resolution just had to wait for the half hour to be up!

Really disappointed, I took a bracelet in to be repaired & all it needed was a loop/clip to be able to wear it, that’s it & they quoted me more than was actually paid for the whole bracelet in the 1st place, will be going somewhere else for repair! What a rip off

It has been 3 months I been in this gym with my Mum and this has been the best decision I ever made in my life. I have never done sport during my school life so this was the perfect opportunity to do. The classes are always consistently changing the workouts which motivates and encourages the members to be best version of themselves.

Had my treatment transferred to MCHC since last year. MCHC has been utter hell to deal with from being denied services that are available to being denied even access to my own medical records. Yet it was the actions of Rachu a RN within MCHC Mental Health Acute team hanging up on a patient who explained they were suicidal that really set things in stone. If you have MH issues, do not trust MCHC, I know I will never again.

I bought 2 shoes with glue on it they gave me the display Items without knowing me when I back to the shop to exchange or refund they rejected my enquiry , they are so rude and disrespect customers

The saleswoman didn’t know the material of the shoes. I asked if an item was real leather or not, she said she doesn’t know amd i asked if she can check whe said no which turned me off the sale
