Are you in the market for a new property? Whether you’re a first-time buyer or an experienced investor, it’s important to know what to look for when purchasing real estate. In this blog post, we will discuss some of the key things to keep in mind when buying property in Narwee, NSW. We’ll talk about everything from budgeting and financing to negotiating and inspections. So whether you’re just starting out or you’re ready to make an offer, read on for some essential property buying tips!
This is one of the things you should never forget. Always do your research before buying any property. Look into the local market conditions, the surrounding neighbourhood, and the potential resale value of the property. You should also investigate the current state of the real estate market – is it a buyer’s or seller’s market?
Researching is the surest way of getting the best property deal that is perfect for you. It is also the most important step to avoid making a costly mistake.
One of the first things you need to do when buying property is to establish your budget. How much can you afford to spend on a new home? Once you have an idea of your price range, it’s time to start looking at financing options. There are many different ways to finance a property purchase, so be sure to speak with a mortgage broker or financial advisor to find the best option for you.
Once you’ve found a property that you’re interested in, it’s important to have it inspected by a qualified professional. This will help identify any potential problems with the property that could end up costing you money down the road. It’s also a good idea to have the property surveyed so you can get an accurate estimate of its value.
When buying property, it’s always important to negotiate a fair price. Remember, the seller wants to sell and the buyer wants to buy – so both parties can usually come to an agreement if they’re willing to compromise. If you’re not sure how to start negotiating, don’t be afraid to ask your real estate agent for help.
After you have read and done the neccessary research, budgeting/financing and inspections it is time to buy a property. Congratulations! You are now a proud owner of real estate!
Purchasing property is a big decision, but it’s one that can be very rewarding in the long run. By following these tips, you’re on your way to buying the perfect property for you and your family. So what are you waiting for? Start your search today!

Not a bad park, quite nice actually and well maintained. Just gets a bit too busy and parking can be a nightmare. Best to go early in the morning with your kids and leave about 11AM before it gets super busy.

Great place for toddlers and early school age children. There is plenty of play equipment and paths to cycke or scooter. Cafe is accessible over pedestrian bridge onto the industrial park, Monday to Friday. The park does need more shade.

Large park with bike, track fitness equipment, net ball courts, small park for little people say up to 5 or 6. Located near Penshurst Library. there is a smallish car park near there and another at the other end accessible by Stony Creek Rd. Busy on Saturdays with sporting events a little better on Sundays and Friday nights. Facilities available at the library end of the park.

This park needs to be updated with new children’s playground and new seats for parents . Council also need to think about placing a garbage bin or two around the park rather than only at the main entrance. There is more than enough area to place a few tables and chairs making a nice picnic are. Restrooms could also do with a good clean. This is one of the worst parks but with very little work could become great. Rate payers deserve a nice park in the area. I’ve given 2 stars for the playing field with is OK.

Great place to watch soccer. Artificial turf makes for a good game. No Gannons park bounce. Sit on the hill with a cold beer on a cold sunny winters day. Livin the dream😁

This is a gem in the midst of suburbia. We went to see the ducks on the creek. So many of them! There are a few bits of play equipment, some nice paths to walk along and a big community garden. Watch out though, you might get locked in and have to jump the fence to get out!
