I don’t normally write negative reviews, but I thought in this instance I needed to do it. I went to my health north Richmond with my elderly mother and while we were waiting in the waiting room I couldn’t believe my ears……one of the receptionist (don’t know her name because she wasn’t wearing a badge but she had very dark hair all pulled back).
She was swearing and I mean bad swearing word starting with ‘F’ loud enough for my mum to hear too and she’s nearly deaf. I didn’t think it could get any worse but sadly it did a gentleman came in and all I could hear was “geez he’s cute probably a bit young for me.” When has it become appropriate for staff to act in that way in a medical centre for goodness sake, I was totally disgusted and I really hope this review gets the attention of who ever is in charge of the staff

**Update** – After leaving below review, manager called me and promptly provided my results. While this doesn’t excuse staff behaviour, I have increased the star rating as my main issue is now resolved—-

Very poor service, staff refuse to give me my results, poor communication overall. Had a doctor appointment over NYE period, I asked the doctor if I needed to call back to get my results. He assured me there was no need and they’d contact me. After a week I had no call, so I rang up to check, was told the doctor hadn’t gone through my results because he was on leave for the next few weeks! Organised for a review with another doctor which went ok. I called them up to request a copy of my results, they refused my request and advised my to download their app which doesn’t work properly. I called back again, and was told the doctor had to ‘approve’ my results before i could view them in the app, I said I was after them as soon as possible as I had an appointment with my usual GP. Was bluntly told ‘all I can do is message the doctor’.. Very poor effort by staff (I was very polite on the phone, though this didn’t help).. Weeks later and still no results. What a joke.
