I fully agree with the FIRST 14 reviews. This place is terrible. One of the reviews said don’t go there. I agree with that too.
On the last three occasions I was kept waiting and waiting. The last time I had to wait for my jab in a crowded room during the height of covid because the doctors were late arriving once again despite me having an appointment. So many times they are late. I don’t go there any more. I recommend you DO NOT GO THERE either.

It was a bad experience visiting this center for vaccination. We had to wait for more than a hour for first dose vaccine. The receptionist or doctors don’t care who is in waiting for how long. I had to check constantly on what’s happening. Receptionists have an attitude of doing us a favor.
For my second appointment, I turn up to the center at appointment time and receptionist calmly says all doctors left for the day and she can book for some other day. When I asked why was I not informed, she says I could have, but forgot. I left and got the jab at pharmacy 4 less by walk-in.
It’s done for me and I will ask others to stay far away from this place.
I wonder how this center has 4.6 rating in Google while they treat people like this.(unless it’s fake)
Between the place is clean.

I wish I could give 0 star. A terrible experience today in this practice, extremely rude receptionists. Been recommended to see a chiropractor in this practice, came to the practice this morning, want to know how much gap I should pay as I have a private insurance. The receptionist with glasses looks reluctant to do so, I told her if you could give me the provider number of this chiropractor, I can check it myself. She said no, can’t do that and finally check it for me by using HICAP.

Anyway, I have had a really good experience with this chiropractor this morning, Ms Low, highly recommended, but not this practice. Have been told that there is also a physiotherapist working Monday to Friday, which I would like to see for my shoulder pain. I asked for a quote. The receptionist with long hair said to me, ‘why you are not checking it yourself’. I told her, ‘I can’t check it myself without provider number as you guys don’t want to provide me the provide number’. She said, ‘yes, you can, item no is 500’. Obviously, she has no idea about how private insurance works, she needs more training in this area. Anyway, she gave me a quote slip, and I said to her, ‘do you want to get this quote slip back as the provider number shows on the slip’? She looks confused, and said to me, ‘really?’. She checked it and took it back. I was about to leave, her colleague who has glasses on said to me, ‘you take it, because you want to check’ with loud and rude tone. I don’t understand why she has such a bad attitude.

Dr. Jay Lin is the best , I think he appropriate use his time consul with the patients, some patients need more time and some need less time, his advice and treatment are the best. I do not have problem booking online of course I have to wait little while to get my turn. The center is convenient because it has vary service like, x-ray, pathology etc. I am happy overall

Not sure why they don’t leave their front door opened to allow for fresh air to enter as there is increased covid in the area. People/health are more important than electricity bills

Excellent service from staff and doctors here. Dr Mohammad Omar has been my doctor for the past 10 years, he has always treated myself and my family and friends with professionalism. Genuinely caring and supportive. Highly recommend Priority Medical Centre Auburn. Excellent service, thank you!

Best medical centre I’ve been been to and would definitely recommend to others. I’ve been to almost every single medical centre in western Sydney and this one is exceptional. Good staff, clean environment, modern technology and general practitioners that actually care and listen to their patients.

Very rude and unprofessional reception staff. I called and gave full information to the receptionist for my prescription for refills at 1pm and was told that the prescription will be faxed to my pharmacy. I received a call at 3pm and they Hung up on me, I called back and the receptionist asked me for the full details of my refills again. Unable to write simple fax numbers and even when you spell the name of medication for refill, they will write wrong name and read out funny medicine name. When you try to correct them, they show attitude and bang the phone on you . The doctors are good but the receptionists are in an extreme need for retraining. This is a norm at this centre and no corrective action has been taken for so long. Very bad reputation for this Medical Centre.

Hopeless service! Wouldn’t recommend anyone going here! Came here on a Sunday, called before to make an appointment and they don’t make appointments on Sunday! Was told to come before 12:30pm came at 10:30am and still wasn’t seen at 12pm!! Hopeless not organised at all!! Let patients make appointments on Sunday and don’t make them wait hours to be seen!!!!’

I’ve always done my filler and Botox at Dr Nameer his work ethics are amazing always providing the best service most comfortable and well presented doctor. Health wise he is one of the best doctors I’ve dealt with in my life. Happy to be his patient will recommend him to everyone 😊

I did blood test from 4 days ago
And i didn’t receive it yet
I called the reception lady, she said i can’t see any result for you, it’s not coming yet
you need to call Monday
It is very annoying !!!!
If you accept to be external laboratory in your place, it’s should be under ur control and it’s ur responsibility !

The business owner Dr Zhang is very patient during consultation. He offer a few treatment option for me to pick instead of just tell me what treatment to take home. Each treatment option was explained to me in a way that was easy to understand, will come back again for sure.

Everything is good but after we book an appointment also we need to wait for an hour to see the doctor. I don’t think it’s punctual with the time. Very sad in this matter. It happens always.

I went to check up there couple of times last month. I am happy with the doctor’s service but the way I was charged with $75 in my first visit and when I called to ask the reason behind it, I was simply told on phone it’s because of the time it took while the doctor’s visit, i literally laughed out at this reason cause I have never seen the changing price of doctor’s visit on the basis of how long the consultation time takes. And even if they would put that as a reason to increase my consultation fee then I have maximum spent 8 minutes, such a shame. This medical centre has definitely lost a client. Sorry about that.

I wish I could give 0 (ZERO) very rude staff and Doctors just call you for no reason. They just want to make money and they make u come back again n again.

I had a great experience with NAS. I was referred by my GP for an in-grown nail surgery to one of the general surgeons (forgot his name but he was from Sri Lanka) but he refused and advised me to visit him somewhere in merrylands , which would have cost me out of pocket as well. I was quite disappointed but thought to speak to the receptionist. She was very nice and very welcoming lady. She took me to doc Nosir who booked me in and the surgery was done in the same week later. I was treated so well by all the staff including the nurse and also I was taken to my car on a wheel chair.
Highly appreciate all the staff members ❤️❤️
