Great off the leash park for dogs. It has a big open area away from the road. It also has little trails through small wooded areas. Our dog has met so many great dog friends and we’ve met great friends at this park as well. There’s also a nice cafe, playground and a bike path. Plenty of bathrooms and water fountains for people and dogs. Highly recommended checking it out.

We went there for a party. Very nice place….. Great food….Great staff………
I am giving a 3 instead of a 5 cause the food was not replenished and few of us had to scrape the bottom of the bowl and a 1/4 of us went without desert….
This is not a cheap place and replenishing should have been taken care of. Sorry….

Nice big park.
There’s plenty of space to be alone.
There’s plenty of space to have a great picnic and sine nice big ponds.
There are wild ducks, horses, running and cycling tracks.
The park closes early and there are limited exits.
There is a kids ,’Kickaroos soccer company’ training kids from a young age, looks fun.
There is a new toilet facility.

Lovely place for a weekend out or a picnic with family. Very spacious. Easy parking. Wish the track itself was longer. I have done bike riding here and I am aware there is horse riding too. Love doing acrobatics in the centre of the park and its always fun seeing the ducks and geese (beware of the geese, they are BIG!)

The entrance to this hike can be difficult to find so see pictures. Overall it’s a nice hiking trail tucked away near Double Bay with a small waterfall that is suitable for 3-7 olds. Aside from the trail, it links up to a kids playground, tennis courts and picnic spots. Lots of wildlife can be found here from birds, bats, snakes etc. Good spot for a nature break in the Eastern Suburbs.

A small inlet of grass on an elevated platform from the street. Not a really relaxing place as there’s an incredibly busy road nearby. Also it isn’t as accessible as it looks. The lone bench seems pretty clean, but this small patch of grass is probably only good to just walk through.

This is the only park in the surroundings… so most people take their dogs there to poop on the grass – it’s very dirty!
Also, it has one seat available, so if you wanted to spend some time in there, the chances of needing to sit on the dirty grass are high.

What can I say. Fabulous park dog friendly. Off leash certain hours on leash 24/7. I would think most of the residents bring their dogs there each day for exercise. And the view of the bay is an added bonus. The kiosk in the park is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy either a meal, snack, delicious cake and one of the best coffees around or a freshly prepared juice. Of course there are many other selections.

Rushcutters is one of those parks that’s always enjoyable. If you go around 5pm on weekdays you’ll get the puppy convention and they’re will be so many puppies around. Major cute vibes.

The outdoor gym is quite good as well.

Much better during weekdays when it’s a lot quieter.

This was a fun park for our 4 year old. We had take-away at a nearby restaurant and walked down to this park to have a play and eat. No picnic tables which was a downer but had plenty of seating via benches and an under tree seating area. It is a dog friendly park and only one dog was there and stayed off of the playground area (like advised from the sign posted). Would for sure go back to this park.

Lovely park right by the water at Double Bay.

Toilet facilities and children’s playground plus a bandstand for rainy days.

Camperdown Cellars on the corner is great for supplies.

There’s a small beach off to the right and the 18 Footers Club is great for a drink or seafood dinner. They also have an outdoor takeaway cafe kiosk which is great for a coffee or bite on the way to the beach or ferry.

Regular ferries to Darling Point and Circular Quay from the wharf.

There’s also the Double Bay sailing club at the foot of the park by the water.

After a train ride or alighting from a ferry, Circular Quay is an ideal place to start a short walk from. A coffee and a bite to eat is right on hand as well. To walk around the headland with fabulous views of Sydney Harbour, in all its splendor, in front of the Opera house, brought me to this gorgeous little spot.
It’s shady and ideal for simply sitting back and relaxing, with a takeaway coffee.

There was a French guy pacing the beach in a towel and sunglasses talking loudly about business on his red iPhone 8 at 3pm on a Sunday afternoon. There were dogs. Heaps of people on paddle boards fully clothed. A guy fell down the stairs.
The beach was nice. It was pretty clean too.
