Good variety at store and I can recommend click and collect service its always ready so quickly and I have found the girls at the service desk to be very helpful and they will call you if something just happens to be out of stock and offer a refund or to offer something similar with great advise. Netter than tuggerah where I had a young guy watch me struggle with a BBQ but never offered to help … luckily they wouldn’t do that at Lake Haven you would get help immediately…well done staff …

Can’t fault them. Pool is crystal clear. Always willing to help. No sales gimmicks. Dean supplied and installed a new pump, with straightforward advice and good communication. Won’t be going anywhere else for pool needs.

1 star as I couldn’t give minus score. Still to this day speaking with legal representatives about action. Fence is genuine colourbond with warranty, yet fence is losing colour, powdery to touch and colour fading. Apparently not their problem. Even though it has warranty. Told stories about touch up paint ( because sure I would go round in hundreds of spots putting the wrong colour on my fence to wreck it ) basically told any story to pass blame.
Waste of thousands, get your fence here if you want to get ripped off people.

We recently were after a quote for a roller shutter on our toddler’s bedroom. Knowing it was a couple of weeks before Christmas we were expecting at least until the end of January, which was what we were quoted for. We were totally surprised to get a call that they wanted to fit it in before Christmas and went out of their way to get it done (absolutely zero pressure or expectation from us). The staff were so kind and caring and it was such a pleasure to work with them – they absolutely went above and beyond our expectations. Highly recommend using Allguard Roller Shutters. When it came to installation Darre, Geoff and Jess the sparky arrived as planned, on time, and worked together to have the install carried out smooth and efficient.
