A very nice park with friendly people. My daughter made three friends soon as she got to the park. Four nice sitting areas to relax 🙂

Another local park so much improved over the years. Plenty of play equipment for the kids and you can go exploring along the creek too, as it’s right there. No toilets though, so be aware of that.

Much improved from when I was a kid. Heaps more equipment and swings for kids to play on, as well as a concrete path that loops around the park for walking.

Don’t let Google images deceive you. There is no temple like structure here, must be a mistake when the park got tagged. The park itself is your average kind with adequate swings and slide. Not many children but I’m sure it gets crowded after school and in the evenings.

Very nice and comfortable park, minimal shade during the daytime but the shade is just perfect during the mid afternoons around 5-6pm. The playground itself is quite small so don’t expect large equipment, but it’s still a suitable size for children and parents can enjoy the sunshine on the park benches close by.

Big field, beautiful ground. Play for that club and the sausage sizzle that they sell is very nice. The canteen has good food and the people running it are very friendly. Clean toilets and benches. Big hill that lot of people can sit on. GO LIONS!

The view from here is a bit obscured now by the taller trees but it’s still a nice park to stop at on your travels.

It’s an ok place for kids. Since it’s not been maintained at all it’s super dirty to leave toddlers around.
The view is not so great from the top due to tall trees. Yes, we do miss those golden rays on the valley!
Regardless a good stop point , stretch your back while you are on a long drive.
I guess it might be a paradise for smokers. 🙂
Haven’t checked out the toilets.
