Looking to invest in the property market? Belfield, NSW is a great place to start! The suburb has seen a steady increase in values over the past few years and shows no signs of slowing down. In this blog post, we will take a look at the history of the property market in Belfield, as well as some of the factors that are driving its current growth. So if you’re thinking of investing in real estate, keep reading for all the info you need!
This suburb of Sydney first started to be developed in the early 20th century, and it has seen steady growth ever since.
One of the reasons for this is its great location- Belfield is situated just 12 kilometres from the CBD, making it ideal for those who want to live close to the city but don’t want to deal with all the hustle and bustle.
The suburb is also well-connected, with multiple train lines and bus routes running through it. All of this makes Belfield a very desirable place to live, and as a result, prices have been steadily rising for years.
The current property market in Belfield is being driven by a number of factors. One of the most important is population growth- as more and more people move to Sydney, the demand for housing in suburbs like Belfield is increasing.
This has caused prices to rise significantly in recent years, and they are expected to continue to do so into the future. Another factor that is driving growth in the Belfield property market is infrastructure investment. The NSW government has recently announced plans to invest billions of dollars into upgrading the transport infrastructure in and around Sydney.
This includes a new metro line that will run through Belfield, making it even easier for residents to get into the city. This investment is sure to further increase demand for property in the suburb, and as a result, prices are expected to continue to rise.
If you’re thinking of investing in the Belfield property market, now is a great time to do so! Prices are on the up and show no signs of slowing down. With population growth and infrastructure investment both driving the market, there is plenty of potential for capital gains in the years ahead. So what are you waiting for? Get in touch with a local agent today and start your search for the perfect property!

I and my husband are extremely happy with the 100 stars customer service consistently provided by Gemi at the reception. The best customer service had always been missing at Isra until we found her. We suggest Gemi is appointed to as a Customer Service Team Leader and she provides training to all other people working in that area to maintain the high standard. May Allah bless her!

Dr Youssef is certainly a fascinating character who has a unique charisma. The man was absolutely smart and efficient and could diagnose my numbness precisely from the first consultation after having many trips for the doctors here and there. He was so humble and friendly and didn’t stop reassuring me during the consultation. Thank you so much doctor.

It take too long and we have to wait at least 1hour to see Dr. It means you have an appointment at 1:25pm then you will can see Dr. around 2:30-3pm which is not good at all but all the staff members are very good. They are helpful.

Very busy place yes as the reviews mention, but all for good reason! The staff here from the receptionists, to the nurses and doctors, are all so friendly and helpful. Appreciate all there doing for the community during this tough time. They also have extensive medicinal knowledge and provide the best advice. Happy to have such great medical centre local to me.

I came here for the COVID vaccines. Their booking system was easy to use. The staff were nice on arrival and appeared very organised. The first dose users were sent to the upper floor and second dose users were sent to ground floor rooms. I had smooth experience in both jab experiences.

Friendly, caring and knowledgeable doctors.
Fabulous reception staff.
Treatment room for small procedures and treatments with caring nurses.
Pathology practice on-site is great for when you need an unexpected blood test.
Added bonus is that there’s also a chemist that is open the same hours as the medical centre, which makes it easy to get prescriptions filled.
We have been coming here for over 15 years, have moved over 50km away, but still come back to Campsie every week because we have found the best GP and practice that suits our family.

DON’T GO TO THIS PLACE. Very rude doctor who would speak in a very demeaning manner. We are paying you. The money we pay for our diagnosis is what you get to take home. Be respectful towards people. Gave us wrong prescription and when asked to change the prescription, the reception also said the doctor was busy and he has already given the prescription. So unprofessional and unfriendly staff. Would never go back in this place. This place is a dump. The owner of this facility should be ashamed of themselves for running such a scam. Waste of money.

Dr Modasser Hussain is the most rude, greedy and arrogant doctor I have ever meet in sydney. He required more training to deal with patient. He always ask the patient to visit him again in 3 days lol. Reception has no manners as well as no idea what they were doing. I had a blood test with doctor hussein. He didn’t want to give me a copy of it. He said, He doesn’t want to give patient the report because patient may have heart attack if see it lol. Now he is in Lakemba Medical Centre.

Myself along with my family seeing Dr Hussain from last 5 years and we had no issues in dealing with Dr or any of the staff members. I was actually surprise to see negative feedback’s. Due to health care field, I have never ever came across any Clinics in Canberra ( I lived 3 years) or in Sydney who maintain time punctuality.

I’m giving this place a 2 star over a 1, because I’ve heard there’s a couple decent doctors.
However, DO NOT GO TO M KABR.
He’s the only one I’ve seen here. Honestly, I don’t consider him a doctor. Not only did he rush me, but HE DIAGNOSED ME WRONG. Thank god I went to Dr Musa after this guy.

I don’t know what the big fuzzed about waiting for an hour! Sometimes the Doctor can be caught with patient who needs more attention. Just be patience and stop the whinging. Dr Le is pleasant doctor he explained and give you good advise on how to manage a bad skin problem. Annie the reception is quite good. The other young receptionist seems to be more stuck up! Maybe she’s not getting her milk delivered lately! So I just ignore that one😜 over all is just a good medical centre.

The rating I provided is based on 1 visit for my 1.5 years old son. My son was referred to a specialst at this place. Before the appointment, the receptionist did a weight measurement and said he is 16.3 KGs. To my surprise, I double checked it in 2 different places and found it 11.9 KGs. They are a medical practice, but can’t afford to have a proper baby weight machine!!!
We went to the specialist to discuss couple of delay development issues. The specialist we met was very reluctant and kept saying he will be fine without any proper explanation. When I told him about the baby’s weight, he said It’s normal too. I mean, come ooooonnnnn!! You are an accredited medical practitioner and you can’t say the difference by holding a 11 KG and 16 KG baby!!!!!?? How come a 16 month old baby having 16 KG weight is normal??!! My baby looks pretty skinny and anyone can tell just by looking or holding him that he is nowhere close to 16 KGs. Forget about medical knowledge, that doctor doesn’t even have common sense.
I will never go to this place again and I Don’t recommend anyone. Don’t waste your time here and google can give you better suggestions than them.

It’s located on second floor inside campsie center next to post office and opposite to BiG W. Plenty space available to queue and wait outside. Open everyday in time. All staffs are friendly and nice. It has got easy access as elevator is just next of it. Plenty car parking spaces are available on basement of Campsie center. So its easy to get parking slot to park your car any part of day.

Dr Ali and the team were awesome!
They have the modern way of entering ones details into their system via your smartphone which streamlined the experience of going to a new General Practitioner.
I am so glad that my wife found Royale Medical Centre Lakemba via Google.
They were fast efficient and not busy at the time we went. I had my booster shot and I was done within minutes.
Dr Ali even called me the next day to make sure I was feeling okay from the after-effects of the booster shot. Very caring!
I will definitely be coming back and recommending him to whomever needs a new GP.
Thanks Dr. Ali and team!

Really quick and easy. The GP was really good at his vaccine delivery. Normally, I have a pathological fear of syringes but this time I didn’t feel a thing. The GP made me feel totally at ease. Great medical centre, good professional staff. I would recommend this practice to anyone that needs great care.

Best medical centre in sydney. doctor Ali is great. kids love him. Great dìagnosis, great treatment. Apart from all this he will also calm the parents down saying its normal, do not worry much. Most importantly takes face to face appointments. The waiting times are great, never had to wait much. The receptionist is great, manages very well, most importantly he is not rude like other medical centres. All together we love going here for our family.

One of the funniest clinic i ever seen, i went there to collect my blood and urine tests reports they emailed me the same referral for blood and urine tests and when i went again to ask for my tests reports they say we don’t have the reports and then another excuse of they have to contact the lab, when i ask her to contact the lab she said we can’t give you the reports unless doctor approve it…………. huh isn’t it funny that i want to keep my medical record but i cannot have it unless the doctor approves it 🤯🤯🤯🥶🥶🥶

I wrote a 1 star review yesterday and am editing my wording today purely because of the beautiful angel of a nurse Ala (please forgive me if my spelling is incorrect). Over a period of 2 days I waited 4.5hrs total to be seen but she is so understanding and kind that it’s impossible to be frustrated. I’d give her alone the 5 stars. This clinic is very very lucky to have her and the other lovely receptionist that kept us informed (AKA not the one that hung up on me twice). Thank you both!

If there is an option for negative I would definitely happy to give 100000 times for it. Freaking worst customer service from the receptionist. Called the centre to order E-prescription and talk to me so rude and is like shouting on the phone. Why this medical centre still alive? Please shut it down to prevent other’s day get ruined by them.

Family doctor is nice and professional, skin specialist is terrible. The lady named Shan Lin is not professional. My wife is pregnant and have some skin problems. She even don’t want to listen to us. Just quick look and suggest cut the skin and test it. We follow her suggestion and feel uncomfortable during operation. When the skin problems occur again, we went to see other skin specialists. The other two specialists all said it’s normal. My wife’s skin will recover after baby delivered. We don’t need to do anything. When we see this becomes true. We are very angry that my wife be rude treated at the beginning.

Dr Ming Lo Sze is quite possibly the most unempathetic psychologist I have ever met. During our few sessions shortly before I quit, she refused to take my mental health concerns seriously, constantly dismissing my thoughts, tried to shove “psychotherapy techniques” down my throat before even trying to listen to/understand what I was experiencing, and by the 4th session eventually gave the impression that she believed I was faking the depression and anxiety that I had been diagnosed with, just because I mis-spoke and accidentally called an anxiety response a “panic attack” during our first session. Every single time I walked out of that clinic, I felt worse than I did before I walked in – and I was led to believe that something was wrong with me because I had believed that a so-called “professional” could not be wrong. Eventually my condition worsened, and it wasn’t until 6 months later that I found the courage to give another psychologist a chance, who actually took my concerns seriously and gave me the proper treatment to reach the near-full recovery that I have achieved today. I am a fairly open-minded person and I like to give people the benefit of the doubt where possible, but visiting a bad psychologist that could drive your suicidal and depressive thoughts further is not something that is acceptable.
This was just over a year ago, I am doing far better now and preparing to start my postgrad degree now – but it baffles me to think that this person has over 16 years of experience, and doesn’t know how to acknowledge a patient’s emotions. The unsympathetic reception did not help. Steer clear and visit another psychologist, don’t play with your mental health.

Rinky dink little medical centre that badly needs an update, with stand-off-ish reception staff. I was also made to feel too complex for care for my chronic health conditions. Additionally some positive infection results took 1 more week after they were ready to be called about, which, being immunosuppressed, is unacceptable (I know because I just accessed them through a differnt myhealth centre rather than wait, so I could start treatment asap).
