Have been attending this medical practice for years. Dr Badr is excellent but I have also had excellent service from all of the doctors. The vaccination centre upstairs is very efficient. Great job everyone!

I used to work here and I can honestly say that everyone behind the scenes is doing an extraordinary work. What these people do everyday is astonishing! Best place I have ever worked at and I am so so sad to be leaving.

This medical centre is top-notch. Easy booking system, friendly and competent admin staff and great doctors. The GP took time to listen to my information, was very thorough and sorted my medical complaints. Couldn’t recommend higher. Thank you

The bigger this practice has grown over the past few years the worst the service they provide has got.
Be careful.
There are doctors at this practice who aren’t allowed to prescribe particular medication as they’re being investigated by AHPRA and although the practice are supposed to tell you this when you book in with them, they don’t actually bother.
No duty of care given here, avoid them!

My appointment been cancelled by doctor decided to working from home. Even though the doctor still can do telephone consultation but I pushed away my other things and wait whole day long to see him, it’s not fair.

Another time one doctor brought his personal emotions to work and was very rude to my 4 years old daughter.

During COVID they are doing telephone consultation, it’s fine, but the APP wasn’t very clear, they charged private doctor fee for I chosen bulk bill telephone consultation.

When I talk to reception, they always can’t fix the problems, just depends on the doctors.

I have been a long time patient of this practice and I would highly recommend the GPs that work at the centre. Dr Yee has quite a comprehensive understanding of diagnosing ailments and I feel secure in his care. The admin staff are polite and courteous aswell as professional in their dealings with patients.

And it just gets worse, with the business owner wanting me to take it down as it will ostensibly affect her business Ohh Boo hoo! Ummm, that’s the whole point of Google Reviews – bad service, bad rating. Ppl deserve to be treated better. Perhaps take a good look inside and try to see where one (or perhaps others) could improve their bedside manner. And stop invoking “your business ” – your customers are your business . Have a great night!

Whenever I visit the Medical Centre at Birkenhead I am greeted by a welcoming staff. The nurses who check vitals are very professional. The doctor always follows through with a health plan including yearly bloods. I am very happy with all involved in maintaining my health. I find it amazing that there is always a follow up and a call to schedule an appointment. Very impressed with the care I receive. Thanks

I cannot say enough of the staff at Birkenhead Point Medical Centre. My husband, myself and members of our family have been attending the Medical Centre for some years now. The Reception staff, the Nurses and the Doctors are all AMAZING. They are all very professional and always ready to answer any questions you may have whether regarding your health or other concerns you may have. Myself and my family are so very thankful that we have chosen Birkenhead Medical Centre.Not only are they professional but extremely polite and friendly. If you have any issues re your health then I would 100% recommend Birkenhead Point Medical Centre.

The doctors here are superb. My family have attended this practice for a couple of years now. We feel totally supported in the development of our baby and growing family. We moved further away, but remain at this practice as we love the doctors so much. I find them particularly good for babies & children. Their system helps me keep track of what immunisations we need, and they send helpful reminders. It is hard to make a last minute appointment, which can be tricky for babies, so I do need back up for those times. Highly recommend for family care.

Dr Therese is a caring, knowledgeable, and always taking the time to listen to your issues and concerns. She is very good at diagnosing and getting to the root of your causes. She is patience and always taking the time to explain to you about your treatment. She is highly recommended!!!

Dr Eric Chan and Dr Nick P are absolutely stunning doctors. Very caring and Dr Chan even called me back to be reviewed after the consultation.

Extensive knowledge and you know the doctors at this clinic are passionate about what they do. I travel past 40 mins and am still keen to see them!

The centre is great but 1 particular Dr is an embarrassment, Dr Mahasty Taheri. I urge you not to waste your time booking with her. The last four times my wife and I waited over an hour. Today, she was booked for the very first appointment at 9am. We arrived at 8:55. At 9am, nothing. We asked if the doctor was in and she was not. The lovely lady at the counter called the doctor who advised she would be there at 10am. The disrespect to all her patients to not call and advise that she will be late is infuriating, especially when you have baby with you and you’ve had to be mindful of their routine.

Centre is very convenient with number of experienced GPs esp my GP Dr. Taheri.
Nurses and physio are also very friendly and nice.
Dr. Taheri is the best GP I have ever had in nine years being in Australia. Very knowledgable & experienced and supportive to her patients.
When I had complications with my pregnancy she closely chased up everything and referred me to professional specialists which led me get what I wanted.
I genuinely am thankful to her for being always supportive especially being availble day and night for my young kids. I will never forget the times she saved my young ones from high tempreture when I needed help as early as 5 or 6 am.
Me and my family appreciate everything she does for us.

There are doctors you go to for a quick prescription and then there are your ‘real doctors’ who know you, care about you and don’t shove you out the door. Dr Butler is one of those increasingly rare real doctors who takes her time with you AND is a terrific diagnostician – in other words she doesn’t jump to the first conclusion, she actually makes sure she gets to the bottom of what’s wrong with you. She has treated my whole family and made a huge differnce in our health and well-being.
