Very bad customer service. We purchased a vacation package online and wanted to confirm that the hotel stay included breakfast as that wasn’t clear in the booking confirmation. As soon as we mentioned online booking at the store the guy just didn’t want to have anything to do with us. So apparently online bookings are completely separate from in store bookings as in they can’t access them in the system!!! It’s like they are completely separate businesses. This was news to us. We tried to reach online and by phone but couldn’t get through to an actual human being. So no help anywhere. And even if they couldn’t help us at the store, the attitude was just bad. The guy said, I quote ‘it was your choice to book online’ as if that was a terrible mistake. Someone needs to remind flight centre that we are not in the 90s anymore and nowadays (in a digital and pandemic era), your online services just can’t be siloed from your brick and mortar stores.

Great in-store, email and phone experiences. All of the staff here are lovely and have been so helpful and accommodating during these Covid times. While travel isn’t on the cards at the moment, my family and I will be returning to use Flight Centre’s services in the future as we have been blown away by the service!

Close to early they treat non-members as lower class people if they walk in for a drink and poor bar service and they don’t wipe down there machines after people have used them

I was window shopping really but ended up starting a list of items to come back for. Might be just me, but some of the aisles seemed wider than usual, so easy to get around. New season stock also seems to be available.

5 Stars goes to Alex (young man with brown hair) who helped locate an item for us today. He went above & beyond to assist us! I will say the young male and female at the cash registers didn’t want to help us with our question and rudely told Alex to help us. I am so glad Alex did because his customer service was phenomenal. You have a bright future in customer service. I really hope the management teams read this. Thank you very much!!!

George and his team were delightful and professional, competitively priced (most reasonable) and the quality of their work, excellent. I had a very large and complex print order to be fulfilled in a matter of days, inclusive of last minute changes and nothing was too much trouble. The order was completed without fault and ahead of schedule; George hand delivered the boxes of printed materials to our offices, personally. We would not hesitate to use Snap Botany again. Thank you, George!

A great experience every time! The staff are not pushy at all, they don’t spring on you the second you enter. Staff member Kim is exceptional, I won’t buy jewellery from anyone else again except from him. 5 stars all day long. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied with their service! Dropped off our car at 5 am, and waited for the shuttle for only 5 minutes.

Wouldn’t recommend coming to this place for a quick bite. I am a regular subway consumer. Was pretty disappointed when ordered for a foot long and they r being very reserved about the fillings. Definitely felt I didn’t get my money worth for the sandwich.

Normally I had pleasant experience for most of the subways however the staff in Botany branch are very rude and don’t care about the minute details requested by customers. The lady was very rude and didn’t even entertain to redeem the subway loyalty dollar’s
The man also shouted on the new trainee Multiple times, not a behaviour you would expect in front of customers
The order was also messed up as they tried to rush the ingredients, not a pleasant experience as we were surprised by their behaviour

Terrible experience.

Rude attendant kept us waiting for a while and when she was available we were still deciding our order. she started rushing us to order. since there was no one in the queue. horrible service. I do not recommend.

Was quite worried before I went there after seeing all those negative reviews. But it actually turned out quite well. The lady at the service desk was quite polite and the approval was issued the next day. Much more efficient than I thought.

I’ve ordered from The Sydney Art Store twice now, and have had a great experience both times. Their range is fantastic, and they stock paint brands that I’m unable to find in store in Brisbane. Their shipping is always super quick, the order is usually dispatched the same or next day after I’ve placed my online order, and delivery happens within two days, which is perfect for that online shopping/creativity itch! Their customer service is also great – I made a mistake on my last order, they gladly fixed the order, allowed me to pay the difference over the phone and shipped it the same day. Will definitely be purchasing again!

I received my Concept 2 RowErg through Direct Couriers Sydney. I am very pleased with service.
I was informed with an SMS that my order is picked up for delivery. I was provided live tracking of vehicle and it was accurate. My delivery driver was Andrew (273). I had a parcel delivered today because only 1 of 2 parcels were delivered. My call was promptly answered by a lovely lady named Lou. After giving her as many details, tracking numbers etc Lou asked me if I was sure I had the right company? Even suggesting the correct company that might have made the delivery. Upon closer inspection of the label on the parcel I discovered she was correct, I had in fact rung the wrong company. Lou then offered to help me out with their number. She was so patient with me and the help she freely offered me was fantastic! Above and beyond! It made my day. I would highly recommend this company without hesitation. Lou your a real asset to the company and offered the best customer service. Thank you so much.

Had to come in to exchange size of my partner and I’s Tungsten rings. Went smoothly, the server was wonderful, great conversation and really lovely. It was all done within 15 or so minutes with no hassle whatsoever.

I had a bad experience with this store not the brand because I wanted to refund one gold earings and they didn’t know what should they do I think this is the most simple thing in each store! one of the ladies was nice and apologized but the lady who was like manager didn’t have a nice behavior I was waiting for her for one hour to do refunding for me and after 1 hour she started calling to ask what should she do. I could not wait for it more than this. I took earrings and receipt and went to city branch they did it for me in 2 mins. And also they were so nice but this branch I should say oh my God!!!!! How one person can be this much unprofessional.
