Looking to purchase a property in Waverley, NSW? Whether you’re a first time home buyer or an experienced investor, it’s important to be well-informed about the buying process. In this blog post, we will provide you with some essential tips to help make your property purchase as smooth and stress-free as possible. So, whether you’re just starting to explore your purchasing options or are ready to make an offer on a property, read on for the advice you need!
The first step in any property purchase is to do your research. This means being aware of the current market conditions, as well as understanding your own financial situation and purchasing power. It’s also important to have a realistic idea of what you’re looking for in a property so that you can target your search accordingly. Once you have a good understanding of all of these factors, you’ll be in a much better position to find the right property for you.
If you’re planning on financing your purchase with a mortgage, it’s important to get pre-approved before beginning your search. This will give you a clear idea of how much money you can borrow and what kind of interest rate you’ll be looking at. It’s also worth noting that many sellers will only consider offers from buyers who have already been pre-approved for a mortgage, so this is an essential step if you want to be taken seriously as a buyer.
While not essential, hiring a buyer’s agent can be extremely helpful when purchasing property. A buyer’s agent is a professional who specializes in finding and negotiating the purchase of properties on behalf of their clients. They can save you a lot of time and effort, as well as provide valuable insights and advice throughout the process. If you’re serious about purchasing property in Waverley, it’s definitely worth considering hiring a buyer’s agent.
Once you’ve done your research, been pre-approved for a mortgage, and decided whether or not to hire a buyer’s agent, you’re ready to start looking for properties! Waverley is a great place to find affordable housing options, so be sure to take advantage of all the resources at your disposal. Once you find a property that meets your needs and budget, it’s time to make an offer!
The offer stage of the purchasing process can be very daunting, but with these tips in mind, you’ll be well on your way to successfully buying a property in Waverley. Be sure to do your research, get pre-approved for financing, and hire a reputable buyer’s agent if needed. With careful planning and a little bit of luck, you’ll soon be the proud owner of a new home in Waverley! Good luck with your purchase!

A great getaway walk within the middle of the suburbs. The only issue is the human pollution and failure to upkeep the creek. Love to come here to listen to the bird song!

The best place to be. Such a peaceful park with beautiful energy of a rain forest. Walking through the reserve, focusing on the birds will help you to reconnect with yourself and your true nature. Enjoy your moment here and now.

Fantastic play area for kids. The water fountains are fun but can get crowded on weekends and holidays. The slide is quite up and high and it may take a few tries for children to get comfortable with it. There is a bamboo jungle that you can wall through as well as relatively clean toilets at the back. Overall, a great place for families and kids to visit.

This is a MUST for everyone to stroll through especially on a cloudy day when there’s not a lot of kids. But if you do have children, they will have lots of fun!!
AND it’s FREE!!!
I can’t believe I didn’t know about this little haven in centennial park earlier!
If you love botanicals you’ll like this place also! Take a little picnic or coffee and if there’s no kids playing in the water, it’s quite relaxing to watch the water. If you have kids, it’ll be lots of fun watching them have a great time!

One of best iconic coastal walks to do in Sydney whether you’re a tourist or local..The starting point is in Bondi Beach near the Iceberg Dining Room and Bar.
It’s one of my happy place to go to , just to relax and chill after a busy week at work. It’s a relatively easy walk to do and do not require much fitness. However there are some sections with a slight incline and steps. This walk allows you to take a swim at a few beaches on the way, with toilet facilities at all beaches. Will take about 2 to 3 hours depending on your stops, but we did it in 1.5 hours.
Highly recommended

It won’t feel like a long walk as I had great time watching scenarios of the beautiful Sea in each step of the walk.

We went there for a party. Very nice place….. Great food….Great staff………
I am giving a 3 instead of a 5 cause the food was not replenished and few of us had to scrape the bottom of the bowl and a 1/4 of us went without desert….
This is not a cheap place and replenishing should have been taken care of. Sorry….

Nice big park.
There’s plenty of space to be alone.
There’s plenty of space to have a great picnic and sine nice big ponds.
There are wild ducks, horses, running and cycling tracks.
The park closes early and there are limited exits.
There is a kids ,’Kickaroos soccer company’ training kids from a young age, looks fun.
There is a new toilet facility.

Lovely place for a weekend out or a picnic with family. Very spacious. Easy parking. Wish the track itself was longer. I have done bike riding here and I am aware there is horse riding too. Love doing acrobatics in the centre of the park and its always fun seeing the ducks and geese (beware of the geese, they are BIG!)

Horticulturist lovers Park, something for everyone. Love seeing the horses and the cyclist and keep left unless over taking. Don’t scare the wildlife, I know that bread is very convenient and clearly swans and ducks love it. Rip up lettuce and toss it into the shallows where swans can reach it (don’t throw their food onto a sandy beach). You can also sprinkle sweet corn kernels from a can into the shallows. Most swans love corn.

Amazing old historical parkland in the heart of Sydney. A vast area to relax in, play sport, cycle around or ride your horse through. An amazing asset for the people of Sydney to enjoy.
